駅前で至便。レストランはとても充実していた。スタッフは行き届いている。

部屋からボーデン湖が眺められるとの触れ込みだったが、構造上ごく一部の部屋のみと思われる。寝具が寝苦し- い。

Excellent staff! Very good location! Delicious food!

The location is excellent and easy access. This is a property with lots of character. Very nicely decorated. Very large and comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Good internet access.

Poor and inexperienced service in the restaurant. No coffee and tea making facilities in the room. No safe either. Room was too hot and the heating could not be adjusted. Uncomfortable pillows.

The restaurant is good.

The beds are poor.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and spoke excellent English. My single room was fairly small, but very comfortable, and the ensuite bathroom was spotless and well fitted. The Hotel is very well located, just a moment from the lake-side, and a few minutes walk into the centre of the charming town.

There is quite a bit of noise from the nearby main road, and thus I could not have the window open at night. It would have been nice to have a tea/coffee maker in the room.

I liked the friendliness and helpful manner of the staff who spoke good English and the price of the accommodation as well

Pleasant staff and efficient (too efficient at times) nice breakfast buffet and good selection. Helpful on my departure day and security of luggage, but a small bedroom safe would have been nice and also tea making facility for "Brits" !

Room too small and too warm, no aircon ! I thought the bar area was uninviting and always dark and dismal, I would have liked a more inviting lounge area to sit down and relax in the evening as my room was very small and hot. I had to repair the fan in the room when I arrived and had to ask twice for extra pillows.

The services of the staff, always available to help, even if they have to go out of their way.

Nothing disiked

The staff at the reception and the cleaning lady were really friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious. Good location close to the "beach".

There were plenty of stairs, which are not easy to get up and down with baby strollers. The furnishing of the lobby was really oldish and darkish. We had to keep the curtains in front of the window at all times since the opposing building was so close.

Friendly staff, good location, not far from the train station and stone throw away from Lake Constance

The staff were excellent - Reception was very helpful on arrival - Nice pot of coffee to welcome us - In general staff were trained to a very high standard
