The breakfast are great. We always look forward to the breakfast table every morning.

The lift. It should be upgraded.

The location was excellent

The Rooms were very basic not sure how it acheives 4 stars. The bed were so uncomfortable we hardly slept, the staff were all so miserable and it did no seem to want to be there.

Could not find the opening hours of the wellness/fitness facilities in the information papers in the room. (Maybe it was there, but I couldnt see it)

Excellent location, right on the lakefront park, 5 min. walk from old town. Clean rooms and friendly bar downstairs (if smoky).

Fast wireless,excellent dining room with creative regional selections. Within 5 min. Of the train station. Very comfortable bar that is frequented by locals.

Really interesting hotel, kitted out with a lot of antlers and a huge moose head. Very nice communal areas. Friendly staff. Very affordable. Clean big room. Very short walk to lake Bodensee.

Our double room was two single beds pushed together. Not really a problem or dislike. But the gap in between the beds (when pushed completely together) made it almost not worth calling a double. Not really a complaint though!

The payment process was not very clear, I thought that www.booking.com had taken my money, turns out you pay the hotel directly. This caused a bit of confusing when trying to check out early with only a short amount of time before my flight.

Parking was an issue - spaces available in a carpark next to a station which did not look very secure or in a lockup single garage - lock inadequate. Luggage had to be carried up stairs to reception and then down stairs to room.

Perfect hotel to meet at for a ski trip. It's wonderful location on Lake Constance is the break needed before the drive into the alps. We met friends that came by train, which was only a couple of streets over. The city was easy to walk around and find plenty of restaurants and stores. My favorite was going to the Zeppelin Museum, this is a Must See. The location of this hotel is Perfect and it has lots of character. The rooms were very spacious and the parking convenient. The staff is Very helpful and friendly.

There was not one thing that I can find to complain about. I highly recommend this hotel.

we were very impressed with the reception that we got when we arrived the helpfulness/friendliness of the staff during our stay was very good as well. The restaurant service and food is very good. Unfortunately due to time constraints we were unable to try out the spa facilities.

The hotel was close to the lake, less than 5 minutes walk across the road, and 10 minute walk along the front to the main tourist area of cafes, restaurants and shops. Lots of places to choose from to eat or drink. Regular ferry trips to other resorts on the lake or to Switzerland. The room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel clean and warm, and the restaurant superb. Parking could be a problem in the high season but can be reserved.

The size of the rooms, and the air conditioning. Location good, lifts good, food expensive but gourmay.

They charged for everything as extras, nothing included, not even Internet. Which should be a must today. They itemised so many things, it became very expensive and it was not that special. Beds were hard, with main ones in a very warm corner, where air conditioned reached poorly. Gymn was poor, very small. Swimming pool turned out to be a spa bath. All charged extra again.

Lakeside location

A third if no a half of rooms is located in a new wing with a "view" over the railway terminal backyard which basically means no view at all as the curtains must be constantly drawn. One cannot open the window as the vehicle exhaust immediately fills the whole room.

The twins bed room were big enough. It was good to find that there were air conditioner in the room. Clean and confortable. The breadfast (5 euro)was over our expectation. Delicious, fine and lots of choice. Near to the train station (3 mins walk) Near to the ferry pier (10 mins walk) that had ferry which go between Lindau, Meersberg...... Supermarket nearby.

I don't like the decoration with dead animal heads in the hotel.

The restaurant and bar staff were very efficient and friendly. The set menu for the evening meal was excellent, and the selection for breakfast was also excellent

Ein Vier-Sterne-Haus? Ein Witz! Vielleicht in den 60er Jahren, aber nicht 2013. Klimaanlage macht Geräusche, aber kühlt nicht, die Bettwäsche ist in jeder Jugendherberge hochwertiger, das Frühstück eine lieblose Ansammlung von Lebensmitteln. Und der Kaffee - ein Gruß von Spülwasser! Nein Danke, nie nie mehr.....
