Die öffentlichen Räume sind angenehm gestaltet (Harz-typisch). Außenbereich von Hotel sehr gepflegt. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Frühstück OK, wenn auch nicht überragend. Kostenloses W-Lan über Hot-Spot sehr hilfreich bei Ausflugsplanungen. Die Zimmereinrichtung wirkte etwas lieblos zusammengestellt. Im Gegensatz zu den öffentlichen Bereichen eher Harz-untypisch. Die Betten waren für unsere Bedürfnisse eher nicht so toll (zu weich), aber dass ist ja Geschmackssache.

Stolberg/Harz ist ein wunderschöner historischer Ort und guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Harz, Kyffhäuser und mehr. Das Hotel mit seinem Gästehaus gefiel uns sehr gut. Die Geschäftsleitung war überaus zuvorkommend und serviceorientiert. Wir möchten den Inhabern und dem Servicepersonal ein großes Lob und Dankeschön übermitteln. Für die Sicherheit im Badbereich hätte sich ein Haltegriff in oder an der Dusche noch als hilfreiche Ergänzung angeboten.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en gericht op het ons naar de zin maken. Prettig hotel, restaurant boven verwachting. Tempo zit er wel in, bij te lang uitblijven van de bestelling, komt de nederlandse menukaart tevoorschijn......Aan te raden hotel! Prachtig dorpje.

Das Haus vermittelt zunächst schon einmal einen sehr einladenden Gesamteindruck. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und der Chefin gleichermaßen geben dem Gast einen sehr guten Eindruck, was nicht zuletzt durch saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer sowie eine sehr gute Küche und ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet unterstrichen wird.

De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk. Het hotel was zeer schoon. De bediening was uiterst vriendelijk en efficient. Het eten was uitstekend (Duitse keuken) Het ontbijt was uitstekend. Geen geluidsoverlast. Het dorp was doods. Het hotel ligt in een schitterende omgeving qua natuur.

We zijn op doorrreis maar een nacht hier geweest, de kamer was -naar onze begrippen- erg oubollig ingericht met zwaar eiken meubels, die overigens wel allemaal bij elkaar pasten. De kamer en badkamer waren erg schoon en het bed was prima. Het ontbijtbuffet was voldoende gevarieerd en het personeel erg vriendelijk, kortom een hotel waar je nog wel eens terug zou komen.

Ein sehr schönes gemütliches Hotel, das den Namen Bürgergarten zu Recht trägt. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und die Ausstattung sehr praktisch und funktional ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl in dem schönen sehr gut eingerichteten Fachwerkhaus. Die Stimmung unter den Gästen war Dank des äußerst netten Personals und des hervorragenden Essens sehr gut. Leider war es für uns nur ein kleiner Kurzurlaub im schönen Stolberg im Harz.
