This family-run country hotel was built in 1994 and underwent extensive renovation work in 2005. It is suitable for groups of up to 30 people and can be booked for conferences or seminars. The conference rooms accommodate up to 12 attendees and can be booked separately.

Food & beverage

The China-Buffet-Restaurant is open daily and offers a lunchtime and evening menu. For a set price you may take as much as you like from the varied Chinese buffet.

For individual travelers such as hikers and bikers, the hotel is open throughout the year. It is conveniently located for those who would like to visit Berlin, as the S-Bahn (light rail) takes you to the center of the city in 30 minutes.

Able to communicate in English. Parking available but very tight and sometimes not available as lot was shared with restaurant. Internet was free but difficult to get working. Hein Solo traveler Muntendam, Netherlands July 30, 2011	Derde maal in het Buffet Hotel. Het is echt een aanrader. Ziet er van voorzijde niet echt uitnodigend uit, maar... schone kamers, ook rokerskamers beschikbaar, mini-bar goed gevuld, geluiddichte ramen, gratis parkeren op eigen terrein, gratis Wifi, Gitty's pub als buurvrouw, doe haar de groeten..., warme bakker tegenover, S-station op 100 meter van hotel. Birkenwerder ligt 1/2 uur met de S-bahn naar ring (S-Gesundbrunnen) (20 min takt). Dan nog 10 min. naar de binnenstad. S-Oranienburg ligt op drie haltes (9 min). Hotel maakt onderdeel uit van chinees restaurant. Ontbijt in restaurant gedeelte. Ontbijt niet uitgebreid maar wel goed..en nog altijd met een eitje er bij. Wat moet ik er verder nog van zeggen... Het was niet zo uitgebreid als we thuis gewend zijn, maar daar betaal je ook meer. Verder was de hotelkamer schoon, er was een minibar, kosteloos WIFI, de bedden lagen vrij aardig en de S-bahn birkenwerder bahnhof ligt tegenover. Anonymous Mature couple Germany September 19, 2011	Es war alles da, um sich für den Zweck der Übernachtung wohl zu fühlen. Das Hotel hat ein entscheidendes Problem !!! Es liegt direkt über einem China - Restaurant, das Problem liegt nun an dem Lüftungssystem. im Bad ist die Absauge nicht von dem Lüftungssystem des Restaurant entkoppelt. Das Hotel ist eigentlich ein Etagenhotel, über einem Chinarestaurant, was aber durchaus O.K. ist. Achtung, Zimmer weisen zur Straße, kann laut sein, es gibt auch seitliche Zimmer!
