Bülow Palais    

Excellent hotel, super luxurious!

Great location, close to the touristy center but in a very quiet area, also close to the area with cafes, restaurants, bars and small artsy shops. Comfortable beds, on our request down comforters and pillows that we were allergic to were changed for synthetic hypoalergenic ones. Wonderful, comfortable and beautiful bathroom. Free fast internet.

Nothing not to like, but if there was a tea/coffee station in the room like in most Four Seasons hotels, Radissons etc, it would be fantastic. It is unusual for Germany, but is a really convenient feature.

the quality of the service and the food

The booking of a deluxe double room provided outstanding value. The staff were super helpful. The 'Carousel' restaurant degustation dinner is not to be missed. The spa facilities, free for guests, were excellent..... only one drawback................................

the drawback being the absence of any sort of pool. If I wanted to stay in summer in Dresden I think a pool would be a requirement.

This is a fabulous hotel with an excellent restaurant and staff. The location and surrounding area is very attractive and it is close to the centre of the old city. We loved it and will try and visit it again

This is simply a beautiful place to stay when in Dresden. I would say, along with it's older sister The Bülow Residenz (which we have stayed in many times in the past and why we chose the new Palais), this is the place to stay in Dresden! The staff were polite, friendly and totally helpful at all times. We travelled with 2 small girls and they made up our deluxe room wonderfully with a lovely bed, with Hotel teddy bears, fresh fruit and water. We had a welcome drink on check in and I can honestly say, I can find absolutely no fault with this hotel. Zero! The room was beautifully furnished in an elegant retro style but with state of the art mod cons like a huge flat screen tv and WiFi, The beds were super luxurious and the sound proofing top notch (multi-glazed windows and heavy curtains in the room where we had 4 large windows on the main street) meant we slept so well the the 4 nights we were there. Bathroom was absolutely fantastic with double sink, generous bath and a separate 'rain shower' with pristine marble and glass. The whole hotel has been planned and designed to an incredibly high and stylish standard. I used the small but lovely Spa every evening before dinner and my wife partook in some treatments that they offer. Again, all first class. There is also a lovely bar and restaurant (the latter we did not try but will next visit as it is the newly located Carousel from the old Bülow Residenz which we ate in several times and is superb). In conclusion, a fabulous hotel on any level you wish to consider! I should also mention the wonderful location in the heart of the Neustadt where many eateries/cafes and great boutique shopping is on your doorstep and we prefer the nightlife on this side of the river to the Altstadt so The Palais was perfect for us.

The Hotel is located in a very pleasant area with small boutiques and galleries but in 20 minutes walk distance from historical Center.

Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den in ihrem Upgradeangebot und von mir dann bestellten Deluxe Zimmer mit Wohn u. Schlafraum sowie extra WC. Es war nur ein Zimmer ohne 2. Raum und ohne extra WC.

Meine Frau und ich sind "kleine Frühstücker", ein Brötchen, eine Scheibe Brot, ein paar Zutaten reichen gewöhnlich. Wir mochten nicht € 48,00 für zwei Frühstücke bezahlen. Dresden und Bülow Palais haben wir jedoch wieder genossen.

Man fühlt sich als willkommener Gast ab der esten Sekunde. Freundlich, zuvorkommend, bestens.

Das Ambiente und die Ausstattung sind luxuriös und passen perfekt zur barocken Dresdner Inneren Neustadt. Die Lage der Hotels erlaubt das bequeme Sightseeing der ganzen Dresdner Innenstadt nördlich/südlich der Elbe. Die Aufmerksamkeit den Kindern gegenüber war hervorragend - eine Qualität, die wir in anderen Nobelhotels manchmal vermissen.

Eine Kleinigkeit, aber doch erwähnenswert: WLAN könnte schneller sein.

Als häufiger Gast im Hause schätzen wir den äußerst aufmerksamen Service zusammen mit sehr guter Gastronomie

Natürlich kann ich überall etwas finden, was mir nicht gefällt. Ich habe diese schöne Zeit nicht mit suchen verschwendet, sondern wunderschön genossen.
