We thought the staff were wonderful. Everybody did their best to make us feel welcome.The atmoshere was good, the style of the hotel really lovely.We enjoyed the Riesling served here, and the food was good. We thought the bathroom was old and it had a tinge of an unpleasant odour.The room and even the sheets smelt of cigarette smoke. |

Old Hotel, nice view There was no heat in the room and it was freezing outside. The hotel should have been 60-80 euros, not 130 euros |

Hotel Burg Landshut is a very old hotel and with old hotels are alot of creaks and such. The hotel was definately not the best for value in Bernkastel. There are around 30 hotels in the city of Bernkastel. Next time I will wait and book a hotes upon arrival. |

Helpful staff, great breakfast and location Parking was across a busy street and about a block away, and luggage had to be moved ,from there, since there was no stopping allowed outside the hotel. Also cleanliness of room was not the greatest, and the whole set-up was very spartan. |

Location was excellent Room was very basic carpet covered in old stains although room had been cleaned for us arriving it was not cleaned properly during our stay room was on the top floor with lots of steep stairs to climb tap did not work to fill the bath shower hose was stuck at height of tap and there was no shower screen. |

Dicht bij de wikels . Aan het water. Goede liggeng voor dagtochten.Goed ontbijtbufet mits er genoeg gasten zijn in het hotel. 10 procent korting op restaurant terwijl geen kok aanwezig ,Kleine kamers die slecht werden schoongemaakt. Geen lift . Geen eigen parkeerplaats Voor kleine kinderen niets te doen in en om het Hotel |

Beläget i en fantastisk stad i Moseldalen, Bernkastel. Märkligt hotell. Gammalt, ganska slitet men charmfullt. Otroliga väggdekorationer i vårt rum nr 224. Har aldrig sett något liknande på ett hotell. Personalen var mycket bra, men dom hade gott om tid. Beläggningen var låg. Otroligt knarrande golv. |

Goede ligging. Mooi uitzicht van op de kamer. Praktische schikking voor het parkeren. Goed uitgangspunt voor uitstappen in de omgevig en andere locaties Restaurant niet open van maandag tot donderdag. Het weer!!! maar daar kunt ge niets aan doen. |

At det lå sentralt I byen,kort avstand til det meste. Kunne vært varmere I gangene og på badet.Kunne vært lys igangene på kvelden sånn at man slapp og lete etter lysbrytere.Kansje det også kunne vært litt bedere utvalg på frokostbufeen. |

Hyggelig betjening. Meget bra beliggenhet og ok pris. Rene rom. Det manglet shampoo på hotellrommet. Burde også vært hårføner tilgjengelig. Lite informasjon om hotellets fasisliteter på rommet. Veldig kaldt og lytt inne. |
