Gute Lage, schöne Umgebung, Flair einer alten Burg, gutes Frühstück, gutes Essen Rezeption (Telefonservice) fast nie erreichbar, Teppichboden in Zimmern könnte einmal durch anderen Bodenbelag ersetzt werden (Hygiene). Die gesamte Zimmer- und Badeinrichtung ist ca. 25-35 Jahre alt, könnte einmal renoviert werden.

Die Freudlichkeit des Servicepersonals.- Die romantische Burg / Schloßatmosrhäre.- Das sehr gute Essen -Gourmetartig!Sehr gutes Frühstück mit Sekt .incl. Das große sehr gut eingerichtete Zimmer.- Superschöne Lage, ruhig -keine Geräusche aus anderen Zimmern !!! Schönes Wellness Bad mit Sauna und Solarium. Sehr gute parkplätze am burgberg nahe am eingang.- In einigen kleinen Punkten könnte noch mehr getan werden. Es fehlte zwar nicht der Service aber ein schöner Barraum abends Im Solarium könnte noch mrhr für Hygiene getan werden .Keine Krümel auf der Liege. Und auch -wenn nicht einfach - Spinnengewebe sollten nicht vorkommen auch nicht in schwer zugänglichen Ecken.- Am Preisleistungsverhältnis sollte deshalb noch gearbeitet werden ,- zumal für Frühstück extra Beträge a 10 €// Person und Tag und das auch für Haustiere =1 großer Hund - 10€ pro Tag berechnet werden.

Locatie Het personeel en hun service was matig. Ze waren reactief in het regelen van handdoeken, een goede kamer, fietsen (zelf wel kunnen regelen, terwijl het hotel aangaf dat dit niet mogelijk was), informatie over activiteiten in de omgeving.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, bietet kaum 4-Sterne-Standard. Zimmer wirkte leicht schmuddelig. Frühstück eher lieblos.

ruime kamer, net hotel zwembad was koud, wellness stelde niets voor, geheel te karakteriseren als ' vergane glorie' . Avondeten was goed, ontbijt matig.

Ambiente, Lage mitten in der Stadt. - Weiterempfehlung jedoch nur bedingt (z.B. für Romantiker). Dass schon seit ca. 2 Jahren immer wieder die gleiche Ausrede für die defekte Sauna (Dampfbad) herhalten muss. - Die "Hotelbar" ist nicht mit Personal besetzt und der Kellner vom Restaurant lässt sich äußerst selten blicken. - Sanitäreinrichtung, speziell im "Wellnessbereich" sehr renovierungsbedürftig.

Die Lage ist super! Im Sommer nett auch draußen zu sitzen bei einem schönen Glas Wein. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr abgewohnt, hier müssten dringend einige Euros investiert werden. Das Bad ist besonders schrecklich.

Das Service personal ist nett. Das Hotel ist von aussen sehr ansprechend und liegt schön. Kostenfreier WLAN Empfang ist vorhanden. Es gibt zimmerservice für einen angemessenen Aufschlag. Die Parkplätze liegen direkt am Hotel. In unserem Gang zum Hotelzimmer war an der Wand ein schimmeliger Wasserschaden der nicht sehr ansehnlich ist. Im zimmer selbst war an der Decke eine der eingelassenen Lampen ausgerissen. Der Fernseher ist für ein Hotel der Preis klasse und vier Sterne nicht mehr Zeit gemäß. Die Gänge zu den Zimmern sind sehr sehr dunkel, vielleicht ist das aber Ansichtssache.
