Everyone was very helpful and freindly. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom was very nice with plenty of hot water and soft white towells. Supplied with good quality toiletries and also slippers. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety. Lovely scrambled eggs and stolen was naughty but nice. Quiet location but near enough to walk to Bernkastel and convenient for wine festivals and Christmas markets. Parking available. We would recommend it. |

Modern hotel in an otherwise very traditional town with a fantastic view and hosts/staff who were ridiculously friendly and helpful; a delicious and hearty breakfast - we didn't want lunch; no question seemed too small. Super! A fridge or A/C might have been nice, but only because we visited on the hottest day of the year. |

It is right outside the city centre, so it is a quiet area and yet very easy to visit everything on foot. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel was overbooked and one of our 2 couples had to spend the night in an adjacent room, owned by a very old lady. It was a pity that it was overbooked! |

Staff friendly and accommodating. Ample spacious rooms. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. the hotel was not completed, still working on completion, this is understandable. The only really negative was that they would not take my credit card, they stated they were new and that service was not working. I did not take enough cash to cover the Euro 75,00. My husband and I had to scrape together our additional cash to pay and that left us with little to purchase fuel and eat for the last day of our trip. |

Gentillesse du personnel. Propreté partout. Rénovation très moderne. Superbe vue sur le château.Facile d'accès pour la visite de la région. Situation très calme car hôtel situé dans le village de Kues, dominant la Moselle. Petits déjeuners copieux. L'hôtel est notifié sur Bernkastel-Kues....trompeur car il est en fait situé sur Kues, de l'autre côté de la Moselle. Pas un mal en soi mais juste qu'il faut le savoir pour le dénicher... |

Freundliche und sehr kundenorientierte Gastgeber/Mitarbeiter. Toller Service uns super Komfort. Ruhig und gut gelegen. Das Zimmer war eher Kalt, wurde noch nicht beheizt. Das Badzimmer ist heikel zu putzen mit den weissen Fliesen an den Wänden, dunkle Haare sind dann leicht zu erkennen. |

Eine sehr freundliche Aufnahme, trotz später Anreise und unkompliziert noch ein Zimmer für meinen Sohn bekommen. Hervorragende Empfehlung für das Abendessen. Sehr saubere Zimmer. Nein - eigentlich nicht. Die Zimmer waren alle sehr neu, so neu, dass zum Teil noch nicht alle Lampen angebracht waren. Aber das ist ja nicht wirklich negativ. |
