Although the room in the picture on Booking.com did not exactly match the room in that mid-level category ("Knight"), we were happy with it. There are, unfortunately, no views from most of the room since the hotel was added on multiple times and views of the valley, village and castle were obstructed for most views except for rooms in the highest category. However, we did not spent much time in the room and so it did not matter that much. The bed was very comfortable and the linens nice. We appreciated the spa basked containing towels and robes. Slippers might be a nice addition as well as shampoo. There are soap dispensers in the bathroom and the shower stalls in the spa, but I think adding a couple more dispensers would not hurt. The spa is not large but very nice and not overrun. We stayed during the week and enjoyed the different rest areas throughout the spa very much.

What a pleasant surprise to find this hidden gem! Beautiful little town and comfortable rooms. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay agin. Highly recommend for a romantic weekend getaway. Elevator was great. Make sure you make a reservation at the restaurant. It was busy.

A lovely view of the river from pur balcony and at a reasonable cost. Room itself was well organized with a very comfortable.bed. Had a tasty meal just two doors down from the hotel and there was slso a pizzeria next door. Just a block away. I found a great little store with various choices of liquor and snacks.. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The Location right on the river bank was amazing, the view is spectacular. The Room was fairly big, clean and nicely laid. The Bathroom was also nice with shower cap, ear plugs and Cotton Pads. Staff were very nice and friendly. It had a bar and a dining area indoor and outdoor. Free parking both open and covered. You will hear the Train pass right behind the hotel from time to time but it didn't bother us. They also have bikes and electric scooter to rent at the entrance.

Very unique hotel and location. Not a typical hotel as there is not a reception but rather a cafe. However, staff was very accomodating. Views to courtyard were magnificent and room and bed were comfortable. Large bathroom.
