This hotel is spectacular, it is like stepping into a storybook setting. The view is amazing. Everything is so comfortable and personal you feel like you are being welcomed into a friend's home. We would love to go back. |

Good breakfast in a lovely room overlooking the valley. The beds are the most comfortable I've slept in. Friendly staff. Parking available in garage. Fantastic view from our room over the valley. The showerhead over the bath could not be adjusted and pointed straight at the shower screen and flooded the bathroom. |

Wonderful hotel in the cutest little town... Don't hesitate! Our bedroom was large and confortable, with an unique view on the campaign around Rothenburg. the hotel is placed at the most beautiful edge of the town. The personal was very helpful. |

This was one of our favorite hotels during our stay in Germany. The staff, location, and quality were outstanding. We are a family of five and stayed in the annex building in a beautifully furnished family apartment, at a very reasonable price. Spotless and spacious three bedrooms and two baths were provided. Parking was convenient right outside the door. |

The location on the city wall, the charming staff, the decor and furnishings make for a calm and relaxing few days. The Silence Burghotel does not live up to its branding. It was NOT silent. We stayed 3 nights and every early morning was disturbed by clatter from delivery or service trucks. |

Very good location near to local sites and restaurants, friendly staff, very dog friendly, large comfortable rooms, views from breakfast room. easy parking. Close to city park (old picturesque walled city) Lack of shower screen in bathroom but this is being remedied throughout the hotel. |

We got the most amazing room - a suite I think - with a beautiful view over the valley, lots of space, nice bathroom, absolutely perfect. The breakfast was large and the quality of the food was good. You must try the sauna and spa, very luxurious and very relaxing indeed. |

Great location within the old town walls, spacious room, lovely breakfast, very friendly staff and was perfect as we had our 5 month old with us. Would definitely stay here again. very minor thing ,no shower curtain around the bath/shower combo which made the floor tiles very wet when showering. |

We had family apartment in a nearby building, still within city walls. It is quite spacious and comfortable for 5 adults, also had a crib and sofabed. Both bath and shower. Nice restoration in 3rd floor of an old if not ancient building. Charming details include a variety of ceiling heights and views out over the rooftops. View at breakfast in main building on the city wall is superb! Arriving in Rothenburg after dark makes navigating tough, even with site- provided directions. Be ready to dismount and ask a friendly native as both the streets and their signs are tiny--charming, but tiny. |

Wonderful location, traffic-free and peaceful, but within a few minutes' walk of the centre of Rothenburg. Staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was copious and of good quality, served in a breakfast room with outstanding views over the Tauber valley. Rooms have equally lovely views. |
