Great location, friendly staff, clean and great decoration. Some nice restaurants in the area. Only a small elevator to move between floors, sometimes crowded. But this is minor issue. |

The hotel location is perfect and makes it ideal to know all Nuremberg tourist attractions on foot. The breakfast is good and served in a very cozy place. The staff is nice and very efficient. The Wi-Fi Internet is incredibly expensive. The breakfast room is too small and gets crowded easily. They have no parking in the hotel, so if you travel by car, it is necessary to park in a nearby parking building, which makes the stay more expensive. |

The location is excellent. One can walk anywhere in the Altstadt. The breakfast food and service were very fine too As a nonsmoker, I was put into a smoking room, and that was not at all pleasant. Have guests request smoking or non-smoking rooms. |

It was close and in walking distance to everything. The ambiance was very european. The staff could have been more friendly in suggesting things to do. |

The location was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The pillows were way too soft and the bedding wasn't adequate. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The bathrobes were a nice touch. Liked the little outdoor patio. Great location, right at the bottom of the castle. The bathroom was tiny!! Hard to move around in. Shower curtain was not long enough and the floor got soaked after a shower which was also hard to maneuver. No hooks to hang bathrobes or towels on in bathroom |

Kind and absolut helpful staff. Absolutly beautiful breakfast. ... But ... The day we had to leave Burghotel, Nürnberg was closed for car-trafic inside the town wall because of cycling. This meant to us that we had to park the car some distance from there . I am bad walking, so it was a real problem for us to go with our luggage trough the town. I think Burghotel should have contacted us so we could changed our choice of hotel The room for breakfast was very lovely but the place for taking the food was very small and cramped |

Decor outdated/ cramped breakfast room/ Small outdated bathroom-shower fitting poor-ie stand in a bath shower with poor shower head / out dated furniture in room ie some bizarre stuff in it.. who needs a weird face to face stable sitting bit with a sticky out cupboard above? I thought it was Dangerous?/ floors only accessible by lift/ pool tiny/ otherwise ok, ie rooms clean, staff friendly-- this hotel needs a refit.. |

Very convenient location in downtown area close to shopping and sites. Staff were very accommadating and breakfast was very good with many choices. We were there during the music festival which was wonderful but our room was on the main street which was noisy late at night. |

Very good location, close to the castle and Albrecht Durer House, in the city centre, with pleasant and toutistically exciting environment. Friendly staff. Decent pool and sauna. Appreciable breakfast. Clean room. No restaurant at the hotel (besides breakfast). Fitness equipment would be appreciated. |

Very good location in the heart of the old Town. I failed to check that there was a/c, which there wasn't. Luckily the weather was very cool for July. If it had been hot, the room would have been very uncomfortable so I would not advise staying there in the summer. |

Location in the old city Booking agent ( that is you) failed to inform the hotel of our requirements for s third single bed in the room. We worked it out with the management . it was the booking agent problem. |

Location, breakfast on terrace; option to use swimming pool and sauna The room (one of the "rustikal" rooms; I think this is the cheaper option) smelt of smoke. It was also small and rather scruffy, but as bedding etc was very clean this would not have mattered if it hadn't been for the stale cigarette smell. |
