Rooms were clean, staff were helpful and friendly given that our German was limited as was their English. Lovely varied breakfast selection. Shame it's not slightly bigger with guest reception area, but obviously not a probelm in summer months with outside patio area. |

Their buffet style breakfast was wonderful. You can select what you want to eat from a bunch of selections. The room was very cozy. The room was a bit small. |

The room was clean, the towels and bed linnens looked new. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was super! The airport pick up & drop off was very convenient. |

The location was fantastic, very close to the castle and the Christkindlmarket. Room was small but very clean. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. Everything was small: reception area, room, breakfast room. |

The staff was friendly and helpful. the carpet was very old and when I stepped on it with my bare feet it made my legs feel itchy as if something was biting them. I think there may be mites living in it. This was a huge negative. They need to change the carpet!!!! |

Staff and room accomadations were more than adequate for money spent. Staff was outstanding and they have a great breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler. It is in the heart of Nurenburg and within easy walking distance to the downtown shopping areas. Teamsportation to and from hotel was on time and very reliable. It's small but very quaint |

The staff is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is great. It also has a great location in the old center of town very near to the castle. The rooms need refurbishing, ours was a little worn. |

The breakfast was excellent! Infact the scrambled eggs were made with pork the first day, as we do not eat pork, we requested omlette and Josephine was kind enough to prepare omlette for each and everyone. From the next day she made sure that pork was not added to the scrambled eggs kept at the spread. It was so nice of her. The only thing which I would want them to do is keep an exhaust fan in the toilet of Room 401 where i stayed. The rest of the rooms had the exhaust fan in the toilet. It is just a suggestion for them to improve but not a complaint. |

Hotel staff was friendly and very approachable. Cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was OK. Could not really regulate the heat too well, although we were not "cold". |
