Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Location was within easy walking distance of all the sights. Quiet. Rather small room and bathroom. |

The staff was friendly and helpful. the carpet was very old and when I stepped on it with my bare feet it made my legs feel itchy as if something was biting them. I think there may be mites living in it. This was a huge negative. They need to change the carpet!!!! |

Staff and room accomadations were more than adequate for money spent. Staff was outstanding and they have a great breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler. It is in the heart of Nurenburg and within easy walking distance to the downtown shopping areas. Teamsportation to and from hotel was on time and very reliable. It's small but very quaint |

The staff is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is great. It also has a great location in the old center of town very near to the castle. The rooms need refurbishing, ours was a little worn. |

The breakfast was excellent! Infact the scrambled eggs were made with pork the first day, as we do not eat pork, we requested omlette and Josephine was kind enough to prepare omlette for each and everyone. From the next day she made sure that pork was not added to the scrambled eggs kept at the spread. It was so nice of her. The only thing which I would want them to do is keep an exhaust fan in the toilet of Room 401 where i stayed. The rest of the rooms had the exhaust fan in the toilet. It is just a suggestion for them to improve but not a complaint. |

Good location. Helpful staff. Not re hotel. Researched opening times of museums before trip - nowhere informed us that Mon and Tues before Lent most museums and some shops shut. |

Close to the Christkindelmarkt but still quiet at night. Good breakfast. Climb to fourth floor (62 steps - no lift). Ineffective radiator in room. Very small bathroom. If paying by card make sure your transaction is in euros on the card machine. I wasn't warned, failed to notice and Concardis charged an extra 2.8% to converting it to sterling. Be warned. |

the room was quite small but really comfortable, there were two armchair with a table, a chair and a desk and other two chair on the small balcon. the shower curtain was dirty!! the staff said that the fastest and cheapest way to get to the airport was to get a taxi spending about 8-10 euros.. we spent 15 euros!! |
