Das neue Hotel von Aussen ist super! Vorher war es wohl eher ein Landgasthof. Schoene von der Stange gekaufte Holzhaeuser, die die besseren Zimmer beherbergen, runden das Hotelbild ab. Ein trueber, Naturpool, "in dem der Eigentuemer laut Schild die Bakterien nicht kennt-und Baden nur auf eigene Gefahr hin empfiehlt" laed zum Baden ein. Gegen ueber dem Hotel befindet sich ein oeffentlicher Badesee. Die Stadt Burg und das Umfeld ist schoen - Die Stadt hat viele andere und bessere Hotels! Vorher war es wohl eher ein Landgasthof. So sind leider auch die Standartzimmer zu ca. 90 EUR pro Nacht recht teuer, sehr klein mit sehr kleinen harten Doppel-Betten ca. 1,40 x 1,80 m! Die Badezimmer Ausstattung erinnert eher an Jugendherberge den einem drei Sterne Hotel!. Billige Plastik, unsauber mit Geruchsbelaestigung und einer sehr kleinen 0,60 x 0,60 m Dusche mit Vorhang, der auf Grund der Beengheit immer mit dem Koerper in Beruehrung kommt will! Ein Schlafen ist nur von 23:00/24:00 bis 06:00 Uhr moeglich! Auf der einen Seite laermt die Restaurant- und auf der anderen Seite die Fruehstuecksterrasse. Dem Service Personal und dem Frontoffice, wenn am Platz, fehlt jedes Hotelfehling eines drei Sterne Hotels! Die Spa Anwendungen schliessen schon um 22:00 Uhr.Die angebotenen Einrichtungen wie drei Restaurants, Wein und Kaminzimmer waren nicht offen- bzw. gibt es nicht. Das Lesehaus mit dem Kamin schliesst ebenfalls schon um 22:00 Uhr. Gemuedlichkeit am Abend ist hier weit gefehlt. Der Zugang/der Empfang zum Hotel ist fast nicht erreichbar, zumindestens nicht fuer aeltere Menschen. Loecher im Weg verhinder die Benutzung der Koffer rollen und ein nicht erreichbares Gelaender erschwert das erklimmen der vielen Treppenstufen sehr. Ein Fahrstuhl gibt es nicht. So bleibt es beim Gast selbst seine Koffer drei Stockwerke hoch zutragen. Hilfe vom Personal - Fehlanzeige! Obwohl es den Gast vom Auto bis zum Zimmer beobachtet. Der Staubsaugerlaerm des Reinigungsteams beginnt bereits um 8:00 Uhr! Auf dem Hotelgelaende befindet sich eine Hotel eigene Baustelle, die Laerm und Staub verbreitet. Auf diese wurde vor der Buchung nicht hingewiesen. Schachtarbeiten an der Vorderfront begannen ebenfalls bereits um 7:00 Uhr frueh. Die Restauranttische werden im "Juni" den Gaesten praktisch unter den Haenden beim Fruehstueck weggenommen um diese zustreichen. Die Aussenanlagen, vorallem die Fruehstuecksterrasse sind sehr unsauber. Wir haben in Burg aber auch anderes erlebt!
