Close to trams, easy to get to downtown. Quiet street. Friendly staff recommended good restaurant close by, and helped with internet. Very good breakfast. Squeaky floor boards - only a minor thing |

Zeer netjes geholpen aan de receptie, dame eerste dag heeft ons een hele leuke plek gewezen voor een restaurant en was zeer behulpzaam. Dame welke er de 2e dag was sprak moeilijk Engels, maar was net zo behulpzaam. Ontbijt was prima! Openbaar vervoer vlak bij en binnen 15 min. sta je in het centrum. Er is al meer geschreven over de krakende vloeren, wij vonden het wel wat hebben toen we incheckten en het hoorde. De volgende ochtend om 6 uur stonden er al heel wat mensen op en toen snapten we wat er bedoeld wordt met dat het vervelend is... Je hoort iedereen lopen en slapen is dan lastig. |

Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Zeer goede verbinding met de binnenstad. 24 uur bezetting van de balie Krakende vloer in de kamer was apart. |

Das Personal stand immer bei Fragen und für Informationen zur Verfügung. Personal hat uns bestens über Fahrkosten, Einstiegs- und Umsteigemöglichkeiten und ebenso über die "Macken" des Fahrscheinautomaten der Straßenbahn informiert. Wir fühlten uns rundum gut aufgehoben. Im Fahrstuhl roch es komisch. Wir vermuten, daß das Hotel mit Heizöl beheizt wird und der Geruch daher kommt. Ist aber erträglich, da man sich hierdrin nicht lange aufhält. |

Ruhige Lage und eine entsprechende ruhige Nacht. O Saft und Kaffe waren lecker. Badezimmer Zustand war sehr gut und sehr sauber. Matratze zu dünn gewesen und Rücken hat entsprechend gelitten. Brötchen schienen mir frisch zu sein. |
