Located by the River Alster path in northern Hamburg, this family-run, 4-star-superior hotel is close to the airport and the City Nord area, with good connections to the center of the city. A bus stop is right outside the Best Western Alsterkrug Hotel, providing a connection to the airport in just 10 minutes. The bus also serves the Alstersdorf subway station, giving you access to the center of the city in 20 minutes. Active guests have free entry to the nearby Elixia health club, as well as free canoe and bike rental. The Alsterkrug’s comfortable rooms feature free wireless internet access. Sehr guter Service und nette Nachtschicht. Am Frühstücksbuffet wenig Platz und leider keine Privatsphäre. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis am Frühstück nicht fair.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption. An den Schränken im Vorraum waren statt Griffe nur zwei Pax-Schrauben eingedreht worden das war nicht so schön.

Bon accueil et qualité générale de l'hotel. wifi gratuit mais ne fonctionne pas bien dans la chambre en raison de la distance avec routeur. L’hôtel a proposé un changement de chambre après réclamation.

Freier Internetzugang, flexible Servicekräfte Für die Speisen im Restaurant stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Schnitzel mit Pommes und Beilagen gut 20 Euro ist zu teuer!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbreit. Sie verstehen es auch, ein gemütliches Ambiente zu schaffen: schöne Sitzgelegenheiten und auch das Restaurant draussen, bei schönem Wetter. Das Maximum wird getan; trotz dieser schrecklichen 4spurigen Alsterkrugchaussee, zaubern sie irgendwie eine friedliche Oase. Chapeau und weiter so . Und: Nicht zu vergessen: dieses wunderschöne Bistro am Alsterufer! Ich komme gern wieder, auch wenn mein Geldbeutel durch ein 4-Sterne Hotel zu sehr strapaziert wird und mir nur kurze Aufenthalte erlaubt. . Alles toll, wer da was auszusetzen hat, ist m.E ein notorischer Meckerer.

Sehr schönes Hotel in der Nähe zum Flughafen - mit dem Taxi für 10 Euro in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Nächste U-Bahnstation leider weit entfernt und nur mit halbstündigem Fußmarsch oder per Bus zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle ist zwar direkt vor dem Haus aber spät abends, z.B. nach einem Musicalbesuch, fahren die Busse nicht mehr.

Die Freundlichkeit und das Entgegenkommen des Personals. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt, die Rezeption war immer besetzt. Die Sauna wurde für uns extra spät nochmal eingeschaltet. Wir durften früher einchecken und beim Auschecken konnten wir noch die Buskarten behalten, hatten so für alle 3 Tage die kompletten Fahrtkosten abgedeckt und wir sind viel gefahren! Auf dem Bett fanden sich mehrere Haare vom Vorgänger!
