Das Hotel hat Tradition und man merkt es den Mitarbeitern an. Sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend, die Zimmer, das ganze Haus ist einfach schön und hat noch Individualität bewahrt. Dazu das zugehörige Bistro "Brabant" am Alsterlauf - das Hotel macht viel Freude.

Wir kennen das Hotel, die Lage und die örtlichen Gegebenheiten. Wir haben mit unseren in Alsterdorf wohnenden Patenkind Silvester in Hamburg gefeiert. Ich hatte im Vorfeld angerufen, und die Möglichkeit eines Imbisss nach unserer Ankunft um ca. 18 Uhr abgeklärt, der mir telefonisch zugesagt wurde.Als wir dann um ca. 18 Uhr eingetroffen sind, hat der Servicechef solange seinen Unwillen höflich verkauft, das ich aus Zeitgründen das Vorhaben nach 20 Min. Diskussion aufgegeben habe.Am nächsten Morgen stand das Zimmermädchen 20 Min vor 10 Uhr vor der Türe und wollte zum Saubermachen rein.Beim Bezahlen an der Rezeption habe ich dann mitbekommen, das ein Gast bereits um 8.30 Uhr mit derartigem Ansinnen konfrontiert wurde, und das er am Silversterabend mit den Auto in die Stadt fahren musste, weil ihn keiner vorher mitgeteilthat, das der Bus vor der Türe nur bis 19.30 Uhr fährt und es zur nächsten U-Bahnstation ca. 10 Min problemloser Fussweg ist. Auf das Frühstücksbuffet haben wir verzichtet und sind dann weiter in unser Ferienhaus nach Dithmarschen gefahren. Das betrachten wir für ein 4-SterneHotel eindeutig als verbesserungswürdig.

Ein klasse Hotel zum entspannen. Sehr schönes Ambiente! Gute Verkehrsanbindung obwohl wir mit eigenem PKW unterwegs waren. Frühstück fanden wir persönlich etwas überteuert.

Am besten hat mir die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals gefallen, das Zimmer und die Sauberkeit. Leider ist der Fluglärm des nahe liegenden Flugplatzes sehr störend.

Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter waren überragend. Unser Hund wurde nicht nur geduldet, sondern überaus nett aufgenommen und verwöhnt. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber und einwandfrei.
