I stayed at this hotel for five days and I'd like to say that everything was great. It is situated close to the Dusseldorf Central railway station, and not far from the center of the city. The room was comfortable, and the breakfasts which were included were very nice.... |

The staff were extremely helpful and the buffet breakfast was both wide in choice and of a high standard. Rooms to the front of the building were noisey although with their new double glazed windows shut this cut the sound down significantly. The down side of having closed windows that there was no natural ventilation. |

Hotel Staff very friendly and helpful, the hotel is within walking distance of the main train station with easy access to city centre via the u Bahn Hotel decor is a little out dated and this hotel could do with a revamp, carpets and curtains are a little tired, but for the rate paid it is good value for money |

Hotel was quiet, dispite our shock when we saw the area. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff very nice. If you are using the train service then it is great. We were driving and found the car park a bit tight and difficult to gain access on a busy street with live traffic and trams. Overall though it was'nt all bad and i'd give it 7 out of 10 The lift was too small for two with luggage |

Strange mixture of old and new in this hotel. Can not fault it really. was good location staff very friendly and helpful, everything you would need in a hotel is there. Free parking is added plus. |

It was centrally located and cheap. The free parking and free WiFi was an added value. The staff were friendly and professional This was the ugliest Best Western I have ever stayed in, the bathroom sucked, it was very old and ugly; at night they lock the front enterance and you have to buzz them to let you in; it took 10 minutes before someone responded and let us in, this was not a big deal because I was happy drunk :-) With that said, you can't beat the price. |

the web description is very misleading! this hotel is not in the old town and it is a 6 euro taxi ride away. our time was very limited and we thought by the description that we would walk out of the hotel and into old town.We lost time and money. the room and bath are very small and i would rate the rooms 2 star. |
