Front office staff were not entirely helpful, although I think this may be a cultural thing. I didn't think this hotel rated 4 stars, so I thought it was not good value for money really, I have no complaints, just a general observation. |

Breakfast was good. Personnel was friendly. Chambers and beds were good. Perhaps the parking price is a little bit high; 15 per day (keeping in mind it is the city centre.:-) ) |

the central location of the hotel, and the bathroom was good and clean. beds need to be replaced, very low on the ground. Breakfast staff need to be more polite, and attentive, the spoons for the hot buffett need to be changed more often...The breakfast person had an infected finger and he was serving the food.. not good hygeine. |

Location is probably the only good thing with this hotel.Staff was helpful and nice. Price is too high for the level of comfort, it `s so over-used, should not get more than 2* and 60 Euro per night. |

Sehr nettes kompetentes Personal an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber! Nichtraucheretage! Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden. Lage so nahe der Altstadt von Düsseldorf. dass man zu Fuß gehen konnte. Leckeres und reichhaltiges Inklusiv-Frühstück. Kein Duschschlauch im Bad! |
