Crisp, clean, bright room. Large sauna available for private guest use. Extensive breakfast with large buffet choices. Friendly, accommodating, English proficient staff. Since there was only one bed (no choice of two double beds, unclear in reservation interface), we required two cots for our children, ages 10 & 11. . Extra fees came to over $150US over 3 nights. |

The breakfast I got as take away (no time to have it at the hotel cause I had to leave early) was really good. Misleading information regarding the airport shuttle to Düsseldorf Airport. It can only be used if there are more people who need the shuttle, then they can arrange something. It isn't like when you are at the airport you just call them so they could come and pick you up there. They also just don't bring you to the airport unless you arrange it far before you need it and if there are more than 1 or 2 persons that need the shuttle at the same time as you do. |

Das Hotel war sehr gut auf Familien mit Kleinkindern eingestellt. Leider wurde die Hotelrechnung deutlich höher ausgestellt als über die Reservierung zugesagt. Leider haben wir dies zwar vor Ort, aber erst nach Belastung der Kreditkarte gemerkt. Bis heute hat das Hotel sich noch nicht dazu geäußert, ob die Rechnung korrigiert wird. Wir hoffen, dass dies über die nächste Kreditkartenrechnung ersichtlich ist, ansonsten werden wir nochmals dort nachhaken. |

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend, speziell die beiden Auszubildenden Raucher- und Nichtraucherzimmer nebeneinander führen dazu, dass man den Rauchgeruch auch in einem Nichtraucherzimmer wahrnimmt |

Après un séjour à l’hôtel, les clients de Booking.com remplissent un questionnaire et y expriment leur avis personnel lequel ne correspond pas forcément à celui de Booking.com.
