albergo tranquillo, facilità di parcheggio gratuito di fronte all'albergo, pulizia e buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, disponibilità del personale di sala colazione lontano dal centro a piedi ma a 10 minuti con automobile o con bus dietro l'angolo |

Hotel è situato in una zona tranquilla, vi è la possibilità nei dintorni di parcheggio non a pagamento. Le camere sono abbastanza buone ed anche la pulizia.Molto comodo per visitare il centro della città essendoci proprio davanti la fermata del bus L'aria condizionata non funzionava bene. Ritengo che 4 stelle siano troppe per il tipo di hotel. Diciamo che si può classificare come un tre stelle |

We were given smoking rooms after requesting non-smoking. The location is noisy making it difficult to sleep. |

The area is very quiet at night and nice to sleeping. Good hotel for resting. Tv with 12 channels but only one (CNN) not in the german language. Tourists are not welcome? One hour internet in a computer of the hotel costs 4,20 € and not even a single offer of a quarter of an hour to see the emails or modify a "Booking.com" reservation in another hotel... The towels are the cheapest I haver ever seen in a hotel like this... |

One of the main reasons why we have booked this hotel was the hotel parking. This has been indicated on our booking and we have received the confirmation. To our surprise, when we arrived, they told us the parking was not avaibable and refused further discussion. The breakfast in the hotel is overpriced for the range of food that is offered. |

The rooms were very clean and nice and the staff helpful. The location was good as well, being a short bus trip (and walkable) to the city centre. |

Reasonably priced; excellent facilities; friendly and helpful staff; well-equipped, clean & comfortable rooms; good public transport connections. Earplugs recommended in summer as you have to open windows to ventilate room, which means noise of traffic from nearby main road and guests talking outside. |

The rooms were very good size and well sound proofed. It was well designed. With one exception (see below ) the staff were friendly and helpful The service in the restaurant was poor. The waiter ( 15 July ) was more interested in chatting to people on the terrace than serving us who were the only customers eating. The chef had to come out to look for him and even then he didn't give us immediate attention. I suspect other staff would be better. Compared with prices in Dresden thought the restaurant charge was a bit high. The breakfast was good but again a bit costly. |

The room was cosy.The building itself is nice. The stuff was always sympathetic and helpful. The location was perfect for me, close to the university. To the city center only took 8 min by bus. The surroundings were peacful and silent. There was a bad smoking smell in my room, but i asked the stuff to take care of it and in the second night it was ok. |

very close to the place where i had a business meeting; out of the city center but conveniently connected; very good value for money well, 4 stars are a bit too much in my opinion... and the wireless (although correctly working) is too expensive and should be given "flat" |

They have a lousy hot air-based heating system, which was not even on when we arrived. The temperature was below 13C and managed to get up to 17C when we heated all night. They sorted it a bit the next day and by the third day it even reached 20C and we were quite comfortable in the evening, but they just should have a better heating system in the first place. Breakfast buffet was average. |

A very easy stay in a bright, cosy room. The decoration is pleasant, sound proofing perfect. The breakfast buffet is very diversified and convenient We had twin beds whereas a double bed would have been more appropriate |

Nice hotel and a very nice, large room. Breakfast excellent. One should now that you need to take bus to city. Anyway walking once to the centre took about half hour. |
