CAB City Apartments am Leopoldplatz  

It's located near Leopoldplatz, very close to the U-bahn station and also to many shops where you can buy everuthing. The apartment is big and comfortable. Totally recommend it.

The mattresses could be better. Also, the looby of the building could be cleaner. The stairs were dirty too.

Absolutely all, we have booked 2 big apartments at Leopoldplatz but we've got 3 small apartments near Waldstrasse. It was very important to us to live near Leopoldplatz but the owner said that it was double booking and he couldn't help us. How on earth could it be, i've contacted with owner month ago and he confirmed the booking himself. Moreover one of the room wasn't clean, so instead of dinner i have a long conversation with owner. All in all rooms were small and uncomfortable for 4 persons. So it was bad bad experience.

It was comfortable and very clean!!!!

La ubicación era muy buena - a 1 minuto del metro. Además, el apartamento era bastante amplio, limpio y con casi todo. Lo único que le faltaba era un microondas, aunque tenia estufa, horno, nevera, tostadora y todos los utensilios de cocina.

Несомненный плюс - расположение отеля и близость к метро. Просторная двухуровневая мансарда. Чисто, опрятно. Все нормально, остались довольны.

Претензий нет. Есть несколько замечаний: - следует несколько поработать над деревянными стеклопакетами над двуспальной кроватью в арендованной нами мансарде - подтекают и от этого началось гниение рамы. - удивило отсутствие утюга. - ощущается холод из-за незакрытого окна на самом верху лестничной площадки - возможности закрыть самим нету. Из-за этого холодно в прихожей, в которой, кстати, организован вход в туалет/душ. - остался запах от пожара на первом этаже. - в силу того, что ведется ремонт в подъезде на лестнице постелен войлочный материал, который скользит под ногами и один раз я упал. Повторюсь, это не претензии, а замечания. В целом, все нормально.

Нам было удобно и комфортно жить в апартаментах с детьми. В 2-х минутах хотьбы расположена станция метро и большой супермаркет, где можно было приобрести не только продукты, но и одежду и товары для дома.

Не было стиральной машины, которой не хватает при длительном проживании.

Das Bett und das ausziehbare Sofa sind wirklich nicht mehr die Besten!

Appartamento posizionato in una casa a 5 piani senza ascensore ma a soli due passi dalla fermata della metropolitana e quindi in soli 5 minuti e qualche fermata verso il centro. Ottimo per visitare la città e adatto a un vacanza informale. Il personale ci ha aspettato fino alle 22:00 per la consegna delle chiavi, molto cortese. Ottimo ed economico il Kebab all'angolo vicino al semaforo.

Qualche problema con la connessione WI FI poì risolta con un SMS il giorno successivo. Non è certamente adatto a persone con difficoltà motorie visto che si trova ai piani alti e manca l'ascensore. Per noi non è però stato un problema e ci siamo divertiti.

Esta vez estuve en el ático, el apartamento estaba bastante bien, aunque más viejo que el resto de plantas, pero también con más comodidades como microondas o lavaplatos.

Esta vez las camas no eran tan cómodas como el otro apartamento, se me clavaban el somier en la espalda.. Además a las 5:30 de la mañana es de día y las claraboyas del techo no tenían cortinillas..

öFfentlich gut erreichbar, nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, geräumige Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Toll für Aufenthalte für eine Woche oder mehr. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig.

Matratzen waren schon sehr durchgelegen. Verbindungsproblem mit dem Internet konnte trotz mehrfacher bemühter Versuche der Mitarbeiter leider nicht behoben werden- insofern ärgerlich, da auf der Homepage des Hotels extra angeführt ist, dass die Zimmer mit W-Lan ausgestattet sind- sollte dann auch funktionieren!

Die Nähe zu Geschäften, Bankautomaten, Apotheken usw. sowie zur U-Bahnstation und zur City haben mir am besten gefallen.

Das ausziehbare Schlafsofa im Wonhzimmer ist bereits abgewohnt, mit Brandflecken versehen und zum Schlafen war die Seite mit dem ausgezogenen Brett (es war knochenhart!) völlig ungeeignet. Das ist der Grund, weshalb ich bei 5 Pesonen dieses Apartment nicht weiter empfehlen würde.
