Sehr schön gelegenes, ruhiges Anwesen, angenehmes Personal, sehr gute Küche Großzügiges Apartment mit Schlafteil in der oberen Ebene und Wohnteil in der unteren Ebene, der Wohnteil ist ungemütlich und kühl, Bad mit Schiebetür direkt von der Sitzecke abgegrenzt und sehr ungünstig angeordnet.

Die Lage, der Blick auf den See. Dieser wurde leider durch ein riesiges Motorboot total verdeckt, welches quer zum Steg festmachte. Schade, unser einziger Abend. Wir kamen durstig und erschöpft an und mußten auf ein Bier eine halbe Stunde warten. Auf das Essen eine Stunde. Zu wenig, total überforderte, unselbständige Mitarbeiter. Das gebuchte Zimmer war belegt. DZ gebucht, bekamen aber ein Appartment mit Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage. Mein Mann mit frisch operierten Knie konnte die Treppe nachts nicht laufen, deshalb Plastikeimer aus der Küche zum Pinkeln. Das Essen: alles auf einen Teller gehäuft, Schnitzel, Bratkartoffeln und Salat.

Die Lage. Sonst nichts. Unfreundlicher Empfang, unpersönlich (vor allem in Hinsicht einer solch kleinen Oase), borniertes Personal, kein Erscheinen der Hotelinhaber, kein Interesse am Gast, keine Dienstleistungsbereitschaft, der Kunde ist bloss mühsam. Gastronomie möchte gern, schaffts aber nicht: weisse Handschuhe zum Reichen der Serivetten - peinlich.

Sehr schöne und erholsame Lage direkt am Werbellinsee. Kleines schönes Saunahaus. Sehr guter, reichhaltiger, schön dekorierter Frühstücksteller. Zimmer etwas eng und dunkel mit Dachschräge und kleinem Gaubenfenster. Saunahaus nur bis 21:00 geöffnet. Beim Frühstück abfragen, ob der Frühstücksteller vegetarisch sein soll. Unangenehm und unappetitlich sind die Geweihe, Tierskelettköpfe und ausgestopften Tiere an den Wänden im Frühstücksraum.

Besonders gefallen hat uns neben der Lage auch das großzügige Zimmer mit Seeblick und die Ruhe Die Speisekarte könnte einen etwas regionaleren Touch gut vertragen

Personal sehr unfreundlich, teilweise überheblich. Gleich am empfang wurde uns über den Mund gefahren. Zimmerschlüssel wurden ausgehändigt, obwohl das Zimmer noch nicht fertig war.
