Excellent location, very near Haufbahnhof train station and the underground, Easy transfer from the airport to the train station, only Also near the Dom and a major shopping street. We had a room that face the major shopping street and could open our window and see the shoppers. Our room was next to the "Hotel" sign and was quite bright at night. Internet cost 2 Euro/hour |

It was very central. Disappointing. Difficult to find - just a narrow door in a shopping street. Noisy especially early morning as the eating area was outside the bedroom. Walls thin. Breakfast mediocre: insufficient coffee left in a thermos flask; poor surroundings, no window. Noise in daytime from workmen - no possibility of resting. |

The hotel staff is friendly and competent. Breakfast good and plentiful. Beautifully decorated rooms. The hotel is located in a tourist area, some rooms are noisy. |

The situation in the midst of the city is perfect, the hotel is very clean and seems to have been freshly renovated, it was a perfect price-performance ratio I missed a hairdryer and a washcloth |

Friendly staff, even though I had a problem with the night guy which insisted that I lost the key of my room when it was there all the time, really upsetting. I almost lost my temper with his attitude. Breakfast is good. The hotel is in the heart of the city, for shopping is fantastic. The room was a bit too cold. No internet connections in the room. |

Location was good but the ambience and entire look of the hotel was not what was expected. Rooms were dark and had an odour, very noisy from steps on the floor and doors closing/opening from next room. Rooms in front were noisy from the busy shopping street. Room standard is over-rated and over-priced. |

Hotel liegt direkt in der City. Gute Lage für einen Brauhausbummel. Man braucht vom Bahnhof aus kein Taxi. Straßenbahn ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. |

Vi assicuro che nei miei viaggi in Europa è il peggior Hotel trovato a questo prezzo, pensate che a Lisbona a Febbraio ho preso un cinque stelle con soli 16 euro in più a camera, ma era un altro mondo. |
