This is a great value for your money hotel. Paid 32,50 Eur/pp including breakfast and parking. I frequently visit hotels on business trips who charge 10 times this kind of money but do not add the same value. Yes the rooms/facilities are small, the breakfast is simple but it is all clean, up to date and sufficient with friendly staff! Even my (large) car fitted in the garage!

There was a light bulb broken in the breakfast area (joke - replaced the next morning).

Comfortable, excellent breakfast, good location

Clean and efficient. Very good value for the price. It is close to the Carolus Spa, and not far from city centre, so a good option for either. Overall a very standard German hotel at a very attractive price (55 EUR for double room in my case).

The room was so cold. They dont run the heaters during daytime. First I was staying in 4th floor then I had to changed my room because its freezing there. They gave me a room from 1st floor as it was warmer. But nothing changed. So cold... On the other hand, wireless was terrible. The modem was installed in front of my room but after a while, especially at night, it was not operating. So, as a traveler, it was not a good experience for me.

Receptionist was very helpful and the bed was very comfortable

I was travelling to Germany on Business and needed somewhere cheap to stay. As I arrived at the Hotel, 10hrs early before Check-in, I was extremely tired. Therefore, I asked the receptionist if I could check-in early. For 15 euros, I was able to check-in and was allocated a room. Very pleased with this as I was very tired after travelling through the night. The Room is very clean and warm. Beds were comfortable and Pillows were soft. I had a wonderful sleep for a full 12 hrs. So, I was happy with its Comfort. Water was plentiful and warm. Showers were ideal. Hotel Staff were helpful and courteous. All round Decent Hotel in which I will book again.

Friendly staff. Lift to all floors. Price: breakfast included. WIFI free working properly.No carpet on the floor so it is very clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was small & clean, the rooms were small but adequate and the breakfasts were good.

The hotel garage was very small & therefore could't take many cars. There was local parking within a short distance but with loading & unloading a car there was only 5 minutes to do it on the pavement outside the hotel. The toaster was only a 2 slice model & a larger one is really required.

Thought I was booked into the car park, but when we went to part we were told the car park was full and our name wasn't down. Ian tw park half a mile away from the hotel. When we checked out they tried to charge for the parking we never had.
