The cosy and clean hotel, friendly and attentive staff, room service available at any time, modern facilities and comfortable rooms, large buffet with rich breakfast, good location in the city centre of Aachen, very near to the spa for swimming and sauna, secure parking inside the hotel garage is possible too. |

Leaving Booked Parking however they never bothered to read the booking request.The room was over 100 euros and was no better than a 40 pound a night bed and breakfast in uk . also prices advertised were totally different to prices there eg internet. and no tea and coffee facilities. the room was basically an attic room i had to bed over double to get into bed avoiding the roof. |

Good value for money, relatively close to the city centre (15-20 min. walking). The staff were very helpful. The room was small but clean. Ideal for a weekend trip or a short stay. Very nice breakfast. |

The breakfast service was great, lot of choice and nice service, very attentive>Comfortable bed and good sound proofing The rooms is a regular size but the bathroom is really to small and for big people, I am 1m90 it is a bit tight. The evening service was limited,lack of confidence and knowledge. |

The hotel was basic in its standards of comfort and decor but breakfast was good and the staff were very pleasant and helpful A larger television would have been nice. |

Friendlines of staff. Very quiet hotel. Enjoyable breakfast We did not know it was neccessary to pre book parking so we were unable to use this facility |

Das Personal so wie die Chefin haben sich sehr Bemüht waren sehr freundlich, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und Gut Die Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr klein und eng auserdem war das gebuchte Nichtraucherzimmer ein Raucherzimmer es konnte kein anderes Angeboten werden |

.eerste kamer was één met 2 gescheiden bedden. Na onze reactie gewijzigd (positief), maar kamers zijn klein. Ook de badkamer is klein. Garage is een risico op beschadiging (smal, geen draaimogelijkheid, parkeerhulp in de wagen is geen luxe) en alleen goed om éénmaal binnen te rijden en de auto voor de rest te laten staan. |

Die Nähe zur Stadt, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, hat große Vorteile. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Kaum Parkplätze im Umfeld und das Parkhaus des Hotels ist mit einem Mini sehr gut befahrbar. Und dafür noch 9,50 € zu bezahlen... Die Zimmer und das sind äußerst klein. Man kann sich kaum bewegen. Dafür passt der Preis überhaupt nicht. |

Das Personal ( Rezeptionistin ) war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Bekam Lageplan mit wichtigsten Daten ( wo ist Messehalle, wo ist Rathaus und wie komme ich dort hin ). Wie schon mancher Gast beschrieben hat sind die Fenster nicht geeignet Schall zu dämmen. Man bekommt beinahe jedes Geschehen von der Straße mit - ich wußte dies und half mir mit Ohrstöpsel. |

Отель для того, чтобы в нем переночевать, не более. Никаких изысков. Очень напоминает отели Японии, которые используются также для деловых поездок, на 1-2 ночи. |
