Hotel non centralissimo, in una zona non bellissima della città, ma tutto sommato abbastanza facile raggiungere il centro. Le ragazze alla reception sono molto gentili e disponibili a dare informazioni, stanza pulita, rivolta all'interno e quindi silenziosa. Bagno piccolo, molto piccolo, ma tutto sommato sufficiente per un soggiorno. Colazione basic, poche cose dolci per una colazione più vicina ai gusti italiani, ma cmq accettabile. Non ho avuto nessun tipo di problema e il rapporto qualità/prezzo alla fine è vantaggioso malgrado un poco decentrato e un pò distante dalla stazione ( conviene arrivare al bus terminal proprio li vicino ).

I don't like anything, everything is less than normal , I've been in two stars hotel in Genave & it was much much better than your hotel. 1- I don't like the dirt red pink carpit all over the hotel. 2- I don't like your policy of not refunding the money if I decided to leave, because I decided to leave the & hotel at moment I arrived. 3- I don't like the breakfast varaties very poor. 4- I don't like the size of the room, it is half room & bath is very small made me frustrated. 5- I don't like the overall services & facilities. 6- I don't like not having smoking area or smoking rooms, while other hotels next to you is providing smoking rooms. 7- I don't like not having coffee heater at the half room. 8- I don't like the kind of soap in the shower. 9- I am not happy with my stay

The hotel has complete services, the room is small but very confortable. The breakfast is good. The position of the hotel is good to go to City center but is not near to the train station.

Staff and location are great! Krone Hotel was renovated recently. I stayed at this hotel before, and it was better. Now they removed some of the furniture, and the rooms are no longer as welcoming as before. Also the fact that they were renovating the hotel Saturday morning at 9am did not help either.. I am not sure I will stay at this hotel again...

Great location for the spa (10 min walk) staff very helpful and spaek english. Parking available, short walk into the centre of town, supermarket nearby and on a bus route. Good breakfast this was our second visit and would recommend this hotel

Location was very close to the centre of the city. Communication was good from the hotel location. Stuffs were friendly and were speaking good English which was helpful for people like me who can’t speak German. Breakfast was basic but of good quality. The room I stayed in was extremely tiny. The toilet, though was fitted with needed amenities, was even tinier.

Redelijk dicht bij het centrum ( 10 minuten lopen) Prijs-kwaliteit prima. Wij betaalden slechts 50 Euro voor 1 nacht excl. parkeren 10 Euro.

NICHTS ! Woher sich dieses Haus das Recht her nimmt mit 3 Sternen für sich zu werben, ist bei einer Zimmergröße von 6 qm, 1,5 qm Dusche/WC nicht funktionierender Fernsehanlage, nicht einmal einem richtigen Bett (2 Matratzen aufeinander) nicht nachvollziehbar ! Ich habe ähnliche Beschwerden anderer "Gäste" mitbekommen !

Die Zimmer waren sehr sparsam eingerichtet und wirkten sehr ungemütlich. Es roch extrem nach Farbe, was bei mir zu starken kopfschmerzen führte. Die Fernseher waren noch nicht auf digital umgeschaltet !!

Telefon defekt, Fernseher hatte keine Sender wegen Umstellung auf Digital, Bad war total klein und eng, Garage ist eine Zumutung: wenn man vorwärts reinfährt, muss man einen ca. 30M langen Schlauch wieder rückwärts raus weil man nicht wenden kann in der Garage, meine Parkplatzreservierung (10,-€ pro Tag was schon der Hammer ist für dieses "Parkhaus") wurde ingnoriert ab dem 3.Tag sodass ich dann außerhalb parken musste. Zimmer sind sehr schlecht akkustisch isoliert, wenn der Nachbar die Tür abschließt, fällt man fast aus dem Bett.

Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist gut. Es ist sehr einfach. Wenn man nur ein Bett zum Schlafen braucht, genau richtig.

Vriendelijk personeel bij het ontbijt,prijstechnisch goed ontbijt. Goede locatie,erg schone kamer. Ontvangst!!!! Een "receptionist" die onderuit gezakt in z'n stoel hing en niet goedenavond zei of welkom. Hij deed z'n mond niet open.......?????!!!!! Ik kreeg pas antwoord nadat ik 2 keer wat vroeg. Spreek zelf goed duits dus dat is geen (evt.) excuus. Heb 's morgens bij de receptie bij een vriendelijke dame een klacht ingediend. Schandalig en onbeschoft!

Das Auto sollte man nicht in der Garage des Hotels abstellen, Parkplätze viel zu eng und nur rückwärts wieder raus, Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Besser und billiger ist der öffentl. Parkplatz über die Straße mit Parkschein. Tv ist ausgefallen da ab 30.04. Abschaltung von analog.

De eerste kamer die ons werd toegewezen had enkele mankementen (waarvan het hotelpersoneel op de hoogte was). Wij hebben gevraagd of hier wat kon aan gedaan worden en wij hebben meteen een nieuwe kamer gekregen. Voor de prijs die we betaald hebben hebben wij een nette, sobere kamer gekregen en een uitgebreid ontbijt. De ligging (dicht bij de Carolus-thermen) was voor ons perfect. Krone is geen luxehotel maar dat kan voor die prijs ook niet verwacht worden.

Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer und Bad/WC sind Mini!! In einem DZ nur 1 Sitzgelegenheit ist etwas wenig, wenn man nach einer Stadtbesichtigung etwas Erholung nötig hat. Na ja, einer kann ja auf dem Bett liegen oder sitzen, die Matratzen sind gut.
