Best Western Grand City Hotel Berlin Mitte  

It's my favourite hotel in Berlin. Cool location in an old aircraft fabric hall. Friendly staff, 24 hrs checkout, early breakfast possible. Good/ rich breakfast buffet. Some deception because minibar was empty. Excellent: Room extremely calm. A good place for one or two business nights

I had a rather cheap smart deal from booking.com. Hotel is spacious, rooms are big.

Poor location - distant from everything. Hotel doesn't feel for 4 stars, i'd say it's 3 & not the the best among 3'S. Continental breakfast is 10 euro, breakfast with scrambled eggs is 18 euro, nothing special & too expenisve.

Excellent personel - helpful and polite. Very interesting mix of design - modern (minimalist) and classic - of interiors. Great breakfast. Close to various U-bahn, S-bahn, tram and bus station.

The breakfast was very good and plenty of choice, sometimes very busy but the staff worked hard to keep tables clean and ready.

The bar was very small and as the football was on, not much room to sit. The hotel had many functions and the noice from this was not so good.

Rooms are tip-top, large, clean and reasonably priced. On-site parking is practical

Layout of the hotel is confusing with many sections and walkways. I got lost three times during my three night stay! Staff spoke English but special requests needed to be repeated, sometimes twice.

It is a real good value for money hotel in a fair neigbourhood, of course not an A or B location but B/C location, the metro is at 15 minutes walking distance (Osloerstrasse)

Watch out: do not use their shampoo because it spoils your hair radically!

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage. Man erreicht es super mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Alexander-Platz ist in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Nettes Personal!

Bei Anreise waren die Daten leider nicht korrekt. 1 Nacht ohne Frühstück anstatt der gebuchten 2 Nächte inkl. Frühstück. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, der Preis dafür jedoch viel zu hoch. Unser Zimmer war nur mangelhaft gereinigt. Überall waren leider lange schwarze Haare zu finden. Die Gläser musste man vor Benutzung auch nochmal abwaschen. Die getrennten Betten standen lieblos, schief im Raum bei Anreise. Fazit: um nur zu übernachten, mit wenig Ansprüchen i.O. ... 4 Sterne-Qualität konnten wir leider nicht entdecken... schade

Zimmer angenehm ruhig nach hinten raus. Badezimmer sehr sauber.

Frühstück war etwas einfallslos und für den vollen Preis nicht angemessen.

Das Zimmer war für Dezember nicht geheizt.

El precio. La habitación nos salió a 50 € la noche.

El hotel queda muy alejado del centro y de las paradas de metro. La parada más cercana está a 10 minutos de la estación.

Nettes Personal, das Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl und war köstlich. In der Nähe ist eine Ubahn Station und ein Einkaufszentrum.

Das grosszügige Badezimmer in der von uns gebuchten Suite.

Es gab nur einen Fahrstuhl im Haupthaus, was jeden morgen zu Staus und Engpässen geführt hat. Die Ausstattung der Suite mit Möbeln und Inventar war sehr spärlich und lieblos.

Det lå tæt på den koncert hal vi skulle til. Tæt på tog/metro, så det var nemt at komme rundt. Der var rent og pænt. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme

Morgenmaden var ikke inkluderet (ikke I vores bestilling I hvertfald)

Bra frukostbuffe, våra slutgiltiga rum var helt ok.

Placerades i källarvåningen en trappa ner ovanför garaget, trots att vi i vår bokning önskat rum högt upp. När vi påpekade detta fick vi till svar att det bara var önskemål, och inte möjligt att uppfylla, trots att bokningen gjorts tre månader tidigare! Efter en första natt bland källardofter och annat flyttades vi dock upp till femte våningen vilket var mycket trevligare.

Zowel het diner als het ontbijt waren goed. De kamer was netjes, de douche schoon en het bed goed.

De prijs voor het diner vonden wij aan de hoge kant. En de airco maakte een rammelend geluid, waardoor het slaapcomfort minder was. Dus airco uitgezet en het raam opengezet.

La habitacion es amplia techos altos y muy confortable. En general, tanto la zona, como el resto de berlin son tranquilos en lo que a maleantes se refiere

En el hotel nadie hablaba español, y yo me defiendo regular con el ingles. La ubicacion no es centrica y la poblacion del barrio es en su mayoria turca, con lo que el idioma sigue siendo un problema.

Geniales Zimmer

Nach mehreren anrufen kein Zimmer für Allergiker bekommen trotz Zusage.. Keine andere unterbringungsmöglichkeit, Personal war engagiert aber trotzdem kein Erfolg einer weiteren Unterbringung!! Best Western Berlin Mitte ist ca 10 Kilometer weg vom Zentrum, mit der bvb kein Thema aber trotzdem falsch angegeben, siehe Beschreibung !

Uriges Gebäude, Waschbecken im Zimmer (lustig),

Preis-Leistung beim Frühstück: für die Auswahl war es etwas zu teuer!
