I chose this hotel because it got great reviews in cleanliness, as well as service. For me, those are the two most important factors. I also needed something near the airport because I was flying out of Berlin in the morning. When I got to the hotel, I was happily pleased to be immediately greeted by the front desk staff who quickly got me situated in my room. I had originally made a reservation for a single room, but ended up bringing one of my friends, and the staff quickly helped me change my reservation. I was happy to find that the hotel is clean and doesn't smell old or musty like a lot of the hotels I visit. I was happy also to find that there is an elevator on the bottom floor which was a relief because I've had to lug all my suitcases up flights of stairs at previous hotels. The front desk staff was really friendly and gave me a great recommendation for a delicious Italian restaurant that was down the block from the hotel. When I got to my room, I was pleased to discover it was very clean and had a very comfortable bed. Overall, I completely enjoyed my time here, and will definitely return here when I am in Berlin again in the future. Hope this helps.

The place is simple and clean. It is not as close to the U-Bahn station as described in booking.com. It is actually 2 bus stops away. I had a street facing room. It is noisy on a Friday night. It also has no air conditioning.

The neighborhood is very quiet, close to U-Bahn entries ( lines 6 and 8 take you directly to the city center).The staff spoke English very well and everyone at the reception was very nice, they even gave us the room at 11 (although the check-in starts at 14.00). Regarding the cleaning, nothing to complain about, everything was great! It really worth the money!

Exceptionally good value for money, doubtless because location is less than desirable except for airport access. Room was large, comfortable, spotlessly clean. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen and open early, doubtless for those who (like me) need to get an early plane. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the rather bleak neighborhood and the 10-minute walk from the nearest U-Bahn station. Not a bad walk except with heavy bags. There is a bus that connects the U-Bahn station with the hotel; it would be worth making this information available. Connection to the center of Berlin is rapid, so the hotel does work for a longer stay than the night before a flight, especially for those on a budget. As noted, the rather bleak neighborhood with few options for food. I didn't try the hotel restaurant, which is the only one around. If it's as good as the breakfast buffet, it's good.

Dass auf unsere speziellen Wünsche sofort eingegangen wurde. In der Nachtbar ist das Angebot sehr eingeschränkt und es gibt fast nur Getränke in Flaschen.

Der angemessene Preis und die gute Lage. Das man nicht gefragt wurde, ob man ein Zimmer zur Strasse oder nach hinten raus möchte. Das man nicht nach Raucher- oder Nichtraucherzimmer unterschieden hat.

Vriendelijkheid personeel Onbijt Er werd slecht aangevuld. Er waren altijd wel dingen op/niet aanwezig. Geen ei,yochurt,kaas,enz. Zelfs 1 maal geen brood.

отель Carat находится в 10 минутах пешком от станции м.Kurt-Schumacher- Platz, что в 7 минутах езды на автобусе от аэропорта тегель. очень удобно для транзитных пассажиров. приехала поздно ночью, за минуту выдали ключ и счет (как будто ждали). купила в баре бутылку пива, уронила и разбила. тут же дали (бесплатно) вторую бутылку. мелочь, а приятно. номер чистый, с высокими потолками, с вполне хорошей мебелью и ремонтом. хорошее постельное белье. новые полотенца. бутылка воды на столе. за 26евро/сут/одноместный номер- отличный отель! единственный минус- при открытом окне шум от машин, т.к. отель стоит на углу перекрестка.
