Nice room; nice bath; good breakfast; friendly staff; relatively close to the U-bahn and city center. There is a trainrail near the hotel, and we could hear the trains passing from our room. - Another thing: There was not sufficient parking places for the customers cars. |

room desin was nice, card room entranse, althou I had to come down ones bcs it didnt work, woud be sutable for 1-2 days for a small family, every morning the same brekfast, not mush of a choise, windows in coridor was opend in the morning, room was next to it soo was coold, hotel is next to train traks isolation coud be better, last day drinks in my minibar wasnt chainge so I was charget twise for tha same thing, no internet +have to pay extra 8eu for tv, eria somehow |

Very good quality, nice restaurant, bar and rooms. Beware of access route to hotel after 22:00. Customs gates on the normal GPS route close at 22:00 and you have to navigate back across one bridge and back round the other way. |

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, fair price Located quite a long way from city centre in a not very pleasant area. Inconvenient for public transport. The hotel website seemed to imply the opposite, which I thought was unhelpful for people who had never visited Hamburg before. |

Ho apprezzato la colazione, magari per noi italiani con un pò di più dolci.La gentilezza dello staff, anche se non parlavano una parola di italiano. Dalle spiegazioni non è capibile che è abbastanza lontano dal centro. |

Sehr kompetente Mitarbeiter die fast alle Wünsche erfüllen können. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und auch das Essen ist hervorragend, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Hotelzimmer war riesig und die Betten saubequem :-) Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht unbedingt in einem Stadtteil wo man ein 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet. Die Aussicht auf die Autobahn ist nicht unbedingt schön. Wenn jemand unbedingt Cocktails trinken möchte sollte dies nicht in diesem Hotel tun..grottenschlecht und lieblos zubereitet...dazu sehr überteuert (Ich empfehle die Tower Bar im Hafen Hotel gegenüber den Landungsbrücken) |

Впечатляющий дизайн комнат, чайник к номере, удобные кровати. Хорошая цена, учитывая не совсем раннее бронирование. мы попали на тестирование системы сигнализации. в объявлениях было написано, что тестировать будут с 11, у нас в номере началось писчание с 9 утра. После жалобы на ресепшн, где то через час, все отключили. |

Freundliches Personal, Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr laut. Zimmer zur Autobahn sind mit geöffnetem Fenster unerträglich. Ein 4 Sterne-Haus sollte ein Telefon auf dm Zimmer haben. |

Personal war nett. Zimmer waren groß. Die sanitären Einrichtungen entsprechen in keinem Fall einem 4 *-Haus. Benötigen eine dringende Renovierung. Lobby und Treppenhaus entsprechen auch nicht mehr den heutigen Standards. Essensgeruch im gesamten Haus!! |
