Nice rooms and breakfast. Not very nice area. Watch out for getting a room facing the highway (noisy). |

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, fair price Located quite a long way from city centre in a not very pleasant area. Inconvenient for public transport. The hotel website seemed to imply the opposite, which I thought was unhelpful for people who had never visited Hamburg before. |

Breakfast was decent Free Parking but in bad area. Dinner choices at restaurant were awful. Spiders consumed the end of the hallway curtains. Staff walking into rooms without knocking and no explanation as to why. Cleaning staff disregarding "Do Not Disturb Signs" and cleaning anyways. Four Star rating is a joke. |

Haben uns im Hotel sehr wohlgefühlt. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr geräumig und sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich und nett.Würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen! |

die Bar im Hotel ist schön, Frühstück für 4 Sterne angemessen, besonders gut: Frühstück am Wochenende bis 12.00 Uhr, kostenlose Sauna und Solarium-Nutzung, kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe keine Klima-Anlage - Fenster in den Zimmern, die zur Autobahn liegen, können nicht geöffnet werden (zu laut), Kippen der Fenster ist nicht möglich, Internet-Nutzung ist zu teuer |

es hat uns dort super gefallen. alle waren super lieb und auch unser zimmer war super. wir hatten zwar ein zimmer an der straße, aber wir haben durch die super fenster keinen lärm vernehmen können. wir kommen 100% wieder!!! |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer weiter geholfen. Einige Hotelzimmer liegen direkt an der Autobahn, was nicht gerade erholsam ist und es war wirklich sehr sehr laut. Das Zimmer hatte keinen Safe. Naja und renoviert sieht für uns zumindestens anders aus. Das Frühstück war ziemlich überschaubar, keine besonderheiten. Das Hotel sollte keine 4 Sterne tragen. Die Lage des Hotels ist fürchterlich als Frau alleine niemals, der Ausländeranteil liegt ca. |

Makkelijk te bereiken met auto Centrum bereiken met OV koste wel 15 tot 20 minuten (eindje lopen naar metro station), langer dan vermeld op de website bij hotel informatie. De kamer temperatuur kon niet geregeld worden waardoor het veel te warm was in de avond, niet prettig. |

Der Aufenthalt hat genau dem entsprochen was wir gebucht haben. Es wurde keine negative Abweichung, sowie auch keine positive Abweichung der Erwartungshaltung festgestellt. Wir waren voll und ganz zufrieden. |
