It's central location and proximity to Altstadt. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and internet was free in the lobby. Can be slightly noisy if u have a room near the main road. |

Excellent location, rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast. also late checkout was requested and agreed. Free WIFI in the lobby. No room service at all. Don't forget to reserve for the car parking as its limited. |

A warm and pleasant welcome from courteous staff.Attentive service from both reception and dining room staff.A nice and quiet hotel for the mature traveller.Even laundry service was available. Mattress too firm.Unable to book with maestro card despite website saying this was possible. |

This is the 4th time that I have stayed at this hotel. Located in the heart of the aldstadt, it is close to many restaurants and shopping as well as the Rhine river is only a few blocks away and offer many cruises. This is my favorite hotel in Germany, they have an excellent brekfast and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The farmers market is located directly across the street and is a great place to eat fresh food. The only thing about this place is parking. It cost about 25.00E per day, However there is paking available on the street if you cab find it. I parked there for three days and never got a ticket after my paking note expired. They charge 8.00 euro per hour or 22.00 per day for internet. It would be nice if this was provided for free. |

The proximity to the altstadt was very interesting and we enjoyed the good food there During the early morning several cleaning cars came through the street making lots of noise ;later on the garbish van did the same |
