Breakfasts were adequate; location was within walking distance to old town centre. Staff were not very friendly nor willing to accommodate guests. Ended up paying more for a half decent room. Extremely small rooms for the special value with a closet size shower. Someone had entered our room and left the shower running on hot while we were away and staff had no explanation. Hotel needs serious upgrading. |

Close by to city center Hotel staff annoying and rude. Cleaners came knocking 5 times in the morning, while it says that guests may leave the room at 12. Came down to eat breakfast at 10:35, and while the buffet was on the table, the hotel staff told us we couldn't, in a very rude way, since it was served until 10.30. The room they gave me was the worst, compared to others in the hotel, starting from the bed's quality. |

The convenience to Central Munich The shabbiness of the hotel and the room. The bathroom was not clean and very small. (Smaller than most of the European hotels that we stayed in. |

the way they receptionest and the house keeping was trible, women in house keeping try to open the room door many times even we put dont distrube sign when I open door for her was taking in emotional way and pointing on the clock. |

location, staff was nice (specialy at breakfast) The elevator was dirty, mirror was due to replace years ago, dirty floor, one room was ok, the other double room wasn't big enough for even one person. The first impresson - cleaning has to be improved all over the hotel |

Bus 100 from Hauptbahnhop (Nord side) pass in front of hotel ( alight at Amelia str) and U-Bahn station Odeon Platz is not far from Hotel. City tour buses stop at Odeon Platz as well. Good breakfast. Breakfast room is rather small.Free internet was out of order during my stay. |

Very good location (in a quiet street), easy to find, 10 minutes walking to the centre, 2 minutes from the underground station (Odeon). Good breakfast, good price. Very old furniture and other equipment in our room. Small room (3 beds). Sometimes terrible crush in a breakfast room. Expensive internet access, expensive car parking. |
