Great location (Near to the main train station of Franfurt), Friendly hotel staff, good value for money, breakfast also included :d It is not a 3 star hotel, it is a 'hostel'... Very very near to the right light district, a lot of naggerz around that area...also noisy at night.

Good for a walk in the city. There is free Internet. Breakfast was nice to have. Internet is slow. There was a smell of smoke in the room that does not go away. Everything else nice or average.

The location is very nice, super close to the main train station. Staffs are very kind, and breakfast has enough selections. Internet was a little bit unstable, but perfectly usable, just had to sign-in again after a little while

I visited Frankfurt for a conference. I found hotel comforts (none) simple but it is not in anyway a poor quality establishment. Accommodation in Frankfurt is expensive and it is a business city where Boss is generally picking up the bills. All this said, it is a great value hotel and well connected for get around. As for general area, it is near the train station and one or two people whom have opted out of main stream life are around but they are out numbered 10000:1 by white collar persons. As for red light area in the vasanity, don't blink or you might miss the place. Frankfurt is busy business city & safe.

Location and price were very good. Staff was friendly and breakfast was better than expected. Free wifi was welcome. Room was cold although heat was on full and not very cold outside. Window was drafty and duvet was very small, even for a single bed.

The first impression of the hotel isn't very good, in that the reception area is very small and the stairs and corridors could do with being repainted, but then you realise that the management has its priorites right. They haven't wasted time and effort on what is merely cosmetic, but on what we the guests need: the room itself was clean, comfortable and well laid out, the breakfast was good (if not excellent), they offered use of a computer right from the start, and check in and out involved no time-wasting.

The location is so perfect, so near to the Main Train station and not far from the city center. We booked 2 rooms, One of them was occupied by a smoker before us and the smell of cigarette did not go from the room even after one whole day and night with opened windows... Everything was full of cigarette bad smell,, the bed.. The pillows. 2- Other thing was annoying but we know about it before we book is that the walls are so thin and you can hear all moves and talks around you even from people in the above floor.

We liked the accessability to the train station, 2 blocks was all, and the proximity to several museums, old churches and the river because we were walking. It was a very pleasant stay!

Wasn't fancy, but staff were super friendly. Breakfast is included, big plus! There is a supermarket at right front of the hotel too. It was perfect for a burner traveler like myself. :) Slow elevator...

Staff were very helpful to all guests and spoke multiple languages. Breakfast was very good. Location is very good for main railway station and the Messe. Reception was manned at all times. Room was rather small and fixtures were dated. It had been a smoking room and smelt of tobacco smoke. Even on the fifth floor, traffic noise at night was significant. Room rate more than 200 euros per night was expensive (more than double my expectation; but I was late booking). Early booking might be cheaper.
