The staff was very good. Very friendly and helpful. I liked the free internet access and the free breakfast. It was close to the train station and shopping and food. I didn't like the room. The room was small, outdated, dingy and smelled like smoke and had no air conditioning. It was near the red light district and sometimes noisy when I was trying ti sleep. I had to use earplugs one night. Luckily the noise didn't last for long. |

The hotel is too cramped and cheap-looking; our room was poorly lit and because of that had cold and negative feeling about it. Breakfast was ok, coffee – the best. |

very kind, helpful and professional staff and a good hotel for business traveller like me.Convinient location & value for money. Breakfast could be better. Overall 4/5 upgrade on breakfast and this hotel will be a complete package for short stay in Frankfurt. |

There is a free Internet via WiFi available to the guests. City center is about 10 minutes walking. The bath room is very small. Also the entire hotel is extremely compact :). |

location is nice. very clean, kind people, breakfast is ok. free internet. warm. they prepared the kettle and water as I asked. room is too small, also TV too high,too small. elevator too small. near red light area. |

Excellent localized in City Center - close to Hbhf and Messe. Very nice and helpful staff, clean, nice atmosphere. Outside stairs like in "Breakfast at Tiffany". Not excellent state of the hotel (historical with not many possibilities to improvements), but they squeezed from it everything they could. Good relation price/quality. |

the breakfast was very good as well as the accomadations for only a couple of euros more per day, what a difference over sharing a bath and for a couple more having own toilet/shower, better breakfast, better wi-fi, better staf... nice. the stairs... no sneaking in or out of this place.... |
