Excellent location near the Porta Nigra and the city centre, quiet, parking facilities, small but comfortable room, good breakfast. Noise insulation is weak; hopefully, neighbours won't be noisy, if not you will sleep badly. Access to the garage may be difficult for relatively large and long cars; the ramp to the garage place is steep and very narrow. Drive carefully!!! |

We liked the smart, modern decor and the efficient way the hotel was run. We also liked the location, just across the road from the city centre. The breakfast was ok for a continental hotel. Our room (35) was rather hot - even for October! The toiletries provided were very poor - we'd recommend you take some that you've picked up from some other, more generous, hotel! |

The Hotel was easy to locate and only 10 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the town centre. The reception was good and easy with the receptionist clearly expecting me and having good English and extending a warm welcome. At night there was no trafic noise. The buffet breakfast was good and served with a smile. It was good that a credit card could be usued, which is unusual now in Germany. I will certainly return - the best class of its type in Trier based on 6 visits. |

We had a lovely room (24 sqm) with partial view of the Porta Nigra. The breakfast was excellent and we loved the convenience of being so close to town and all the attractions. The free internet service and reasonable parking fees were much appreciated. |

I liked the attitude of the owner and his attention to fine detail. He was helpful, courteous. I would stay there again. The street noise at night up to midnight and again the traffic noise early morning. Also air conditioning would have been good! |
