We had a wonderful stay and were made very welcome by all. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpfull. The room was quiet and comfortable and the courtyard in the middle was very pretty and so different from the usual noisy passages in other hotels! We would definitely stay at Casa again!

Das Zimmer war gross und sauber. Wurden nicht informiert dass eine Baustelle vorne am Hotel ist. Die Receptionistin hat uns vorwurfsvoll empfangen, da wir nicht gleich wussten wo wir parkieren konnten (dagegen der Herr dort war freundlich).Mussten Umweg fahren. Bekammen keine Preisreduktion. Was ziemlich unverschämt und kleinlich ist. Werden nie wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

la propreté ! rarement vu un hotel aussi propre !!! le personnel, très présent, avec un esprit de service naturel et non forcé. Asya, à l accueil, est souriante, sympathique et serviable. Je réserverai à nouveau lors de mon prochain déplacement à Frankfurt. Merci encore. Peu ou pas de restaurants aux alentours proches mais oblige donc à visiter la ville.

A szobák kellemesek, a reggeli jó és a személyzet kedves. A szoákban hiányoltam a tükröt és a WiFi sem működött megbízhatóan.

Gostei muito da simpatia da proprietária, Dna. Suzanna. Ela foi incansavel no sentido que tornar a estadia o mais agradavel possível. Parabéns - Suzanna 1º - O preço: 165.00 Euros$, muito caro, este hotel deveria cobrar no máximo 60.00 Euros$. 2º - Localização - afastado de Frankfurt bem como de facilidades para se locomover. ... 30 minutos até a estação de trem mais próxima.

die Sauberkeit Schrecklich süsser Gestank im Zimmer. Die Ursache stand auf dem Schrank als Raumerfrischer und wurde von mir nach draussen gebracht. Danach habe ich Tür und Fenster weit geöffnet und nach einer Weile ging es dann. Keine Ahnung wo sich die Parkplätze befunden haben. Ich habe mein Auto auf der Strasse geparkt, was auch O.K. war. Das Fernsehprogramm bestand aus ARD und ZDF. Mir wurde am nächsten Morgen erklärt, dass sich die anderen Programme nach 300 befinden, ich müsste eben suchen. Werde ich auf gar keinen Fall ein zweites Mal buchen!

Susana and her husband and of course Christoph were so helpful and patient with us. The room leaked from the ceiling in the bathroom and chandelier in the bedroom, when the shower was being used. The good thing, they transferred us to another room. And took care of the problem immediately.
