A good breakfast (but a very limited choice of cakes ,just croissants) nice rooms,a good location, 100 m. from the nearest metro station. No safe box in the room, no air conditionating and that was really a big problem because in Berlin it is hot in august and we barely could sleep at night. I raccomend this hotel but definitely not in summer. |

Position - proximity to city center; breakfast - intimate and with good food; generous bed The concept of aparthotel; the hotel is not like classics hotels but a reconfigured building initially projected for apartments; this affects feelings because it seems to be in a visit to an uncle rather than in holliday |

Hotel staff was excellent. Hotel is in a perfect location. Breakfast served until 12:00, which gives you more time to sleep and relax and enjoy your breakfast in a more decent time. Furthermore, breakfast itself was absolutely great and hotel room was very clean and spacious. The front rooms have more noise because of the street in front of the hotel. Rooms that face in the back though, are very quiet and nicer. |

The Casa was perfectly situated near the Ku'Dam, the staff were fantastic with perfect English, the room was comfortable and the free interent was good. I thought the tv was too small for the room. |

1. jeden Morgen wurde eine Tageszeitung vor die Tür gelegt 2. das Hotel ist angenehm klein - somit ruhiger Frühstücksraum ohne Hektik 3. Hotel-eigener Parkplatz mit gutem Zugang & ausreichender Kapazität 4. geschmackvoll eingerichtet 5. gute Lage zu Geschäften 6. stets sehr freundlicher Service Zimmer war sehr klein / Lage von der Straße abgewand wäre (natürlich) schöner gewesen - da Einfach-Verglasung |

de rust die het hotel biedt (wel een kamer aan de achterzijde van het hotel reserveren!) is heerlijk. De K'damm is letterlijk op loopafstand. Zeer vriendelijke bediening en een uitstekend ontbijt. Echt aan te raden. Een kluisje op de kamer zou wel handig geweest zijn. (minor issue) |

Da hospitalidade, da limpesa e da proximidade da KUDam. A falta de serviço de quarto à noite.O hotel oferece o café da manhã, que é muito bom, mas não tem disponivel qualquer tipo de refeição em outro horário (quero dizer, pago pelo hóspede) o que é péssimo em dia de chuva quando não se pode sair à noite. |
