Located a few blocks from the Rheine River. Rooms were clean and had big windows. WIFI is an additional fee of 13 Euros for 24 hours. |

The sauna - turkish bath facilities; the free membership to the excellent sports centre next door. The lovely walk around the golf-course. The excellent range of evening cocktails!! The breakfast, although good, is expensive at 14 euros per person. It is hard to imagine anyone eating that amount of egg, bacon and sausage etc!! |

Der Wellnessbereich war sehr gut und sehr sauber. Der Innen- und der Außenpool war das absolute Highligt der Kinder! Das Frühstücksbuffet war klasse (nicht wie oftmals im Internet für nicht reichhaltig beschrieben). |

Es gehören Insektenrollos an die Fenster. Da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist kann man im Sommer nur bei offenen Fenster schlafen. |

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ sehr zu wünschen. Der Service war sehr gleichgültig bis schlecht. Das Frühstück für den Preis sehr dürftig.Im Schwimmbad gibt es keine separate Umkleidemöglichkeit.Die Rechnung beinhaltete nicht genutzte Positionen. Wurde ohne Entschuldigung geändert auf Protest hin. Nie wieder!!! |

Die Sauberkeit war sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war recht lieblos angerichtet. Das Bedienungspersonal war unaufmerksam und wirkte sehr gestresst. So mussten wir 15Minuten am Tisch auf den Kaffee warten -letztendlich haben wir uns den Kaffee dann selbst abgeholt. Das Frühstück gab es nur bis 10Uhr. Ausschlafen war somit in diesem Urlaub nicht möglich. Insgesamt entsprach das Frühstück keinesfalls einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. |

Der Spa und Wellnessbereich waren einfach super. Auch das ganze Flair des Hotels ist einfach nur schön. Das es kaum noch Termine für Anwendungen im Spa gab. Die gastronomischen Einrichtungen sind eher sehr mittelmässig. Ein bisschen wie gewollt und nicht gekonnt. Sowohl beim Personal wie auch beim Essen. Prädikat: Sie waren stets bemüht! |

Wir bekamen das Zimmer direkt "hinter" dem Aufzugschacht, in dem eine ungestörte Nachtruhe sicher nicht möglich gewesen wäre. Nach Reklamation bekamen wir aber sofort ein neues Zimmer, welches ruhig gelegen war. Die Sauberkeit am Fußboden des Zimmers und des Badezimmers sowie der Hotelflure bezieht leider nicht die Ecken mit ein. |

Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet , die Zimmer sind sehr schön, der Ausblick in die Natur ist super Der Service war eher schlecht, man hatte das Gefühl es fehlte Personal. Im Spa Bereich gab es keine Handtücher, im Teezimmer fehlten Becher,der Tresen an der Saft Bar war über mehrere Std. nicht bestzt , es waren viel zu wenig Liegen vorhanden und das Außenbecken war leider abgedeckt, obwohl das Wetter super war. |
