excellent value for money. spacious, quiet, perfectly situated with public transport and more shopping and gastronomic opportunities than one could wish for right at your doorstep

The apartment was extremely well situated for my needs - i.e.seeing Berlin as a tourist -, was very clean and had a good security system. My contact was very helpful and allowed me to leave my luggage in the apartment before the official check-in time. This was once I had actually managed to find the address I had and it had been explained that this was merely an office! However, the apartment was close by.

The furnishings were a tad too 'minimalist' for my tastes. A bedside table and lamp would have been appreciated, for example, as would blackout blinds, a more comfortable settee and a coffee table. The water for the bath was not very hot and the plug allowed the water to drain away gradually. In the kitchen a microwave would have been useful. The dishwasher was broken when I arrived and was not repaired during my 5-night stay. Some washing-up liquid was provided but no teatowel to dry dishes. I was travelling alone or this would have been more of a problem.

Loved this place...and I have stayed at 5 other hotels in this area. This is now my favorite---lots of space, safe, reasonably priced, terrific location.

No hair dryer...but can bring my own next time!

Excellent location and peaceful environment. U-Bahn station on the corner. Many shops and restaurants nearby. All the facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. Reception helpful, although could not be reached early in the morning.

Location was excellent, apartment was spotless and had great ammenities. Sven was very helpful in showing us to our apartment and telling us what was around our area. Would definitley return.

The down side I would have would be that there was no reception/office within the complex. It was on another street.

If you really want an internet connection, don't book here. I had to go back to the office to ask for it, they promised to put a USB-stick in the apartment the next day, but they never did. When I tried to contact them about it, nobody answered the phone or opened the door. Also the apartment got very warm inside, there is no airco.

This is an apartment, not a hotel, so there is no service at all. However my contact was incredibly helpful, arranging to meet us at 11pm because I had arranged a late flight, and arranging flowers and champagne for my partner. The apartment was beautiful, large and spacious and delightful. It is very well situated.

My only gripe is that brilliant as our apartment was, it wasn't the one that I booked, and that one would of been even better.

The apartment was modern, clean and was a short walk from Hackescher Markt, which meant quick access via U and S Bahn to almost all of the major sights in Berlin. There's also a small grocery nearby if you want to cook.

I was expecting internet access and I was given a USB drive, but unfortunately not the information / paths to connect.

Die Lage und der Ausblick waren sehr gut.

Die Serviceleistung sind für Geschäfts- oder Kurzreisen sehr schlecht. Doppelte Wege und lange Anfahrt bis man im Appartment ist. Ort zum Einchecken an anderer Stelle als das Apartment mit langer Anfahrt durch Berufsverkehr. Dann fehlten die Handtücher und wurden erst spät gebracht. Das erwähnte kostenlose wlan war überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Es wurde ein USB-stick für Notebook angeboten.
