Hotel Central Frankfurt

lo staff dell'albergo non ci è stato d'aiuto e per di più al nostro arrivo ci hanno aumentato di 60,00 € il prezzo già concordato per la colazione continentale, altrimenti sarebbe stata molto più scrasa.

Improponibile a causa della presenza dell´adiacente sexi center.

La disponibilità dello staff e la vicinanza al centro città.

Avevo prenotato una camera per 4 persone e ci hanno diviso in 2 camere,di cui una con bagno esterno.Mancanza di tapparelle alle finestre con luce che entrava alle 5 del mattino.Mancanza di aria condizionata.Letti con cuscini che sembravano lenzuola.Struttura obsoleta, ascensore da paura,sembrava di esser in Hostel!Presa in bagno non funzionante.Odore non proprio piacevole soprattutto all'ultimo piano.

pulizia dell' hotel e gentilezza del personale. Al nostro arrivo ci siamo spaventati perche' non avevano per la notte le 3 quadruple richieste e quindi ci hanno dislocato in varie stanze singole, e doppie per un totale di 8 stanze per 12 persone vale a dire 2 stanze per piano. la mattina seguente come daccordo ci sono state date le stanze prenotate

dicimo che e' un hotel che andrebbe rinnovato

Size of the room and view of the Main was very good. Staff and owners were very friendly and went out of their way to try and accommodate and I felt very comfortable asking for assistance.Wireless internet was good and a great speed, all in all a good value family style hotel with a bit of a period flair.

Upstairs apartment while an excellent room was too far from the modem to access the wireless internet. Rooms were well cleaned but amenities i.e light globes and cooking equipment need to be checked.

The staff was somehow understanding that the first room we got was extremely noisy and offered to change it for the second night.

The location was uncomfortable for me, we were two girls and the hotel was next to strip bars and nude clubs. It was too noisy at night, not only cars noise, but also the girls from the bars were very very loud. The tv was not working in the first room we got. It was not possible to close the top window at night and was really cold!

the hoyel is located next to an erotic center ( sex hotel - club bar). parking in the back is both for the hotel and the sex club. at night around 2 - 3 when the people leave the sex club they are drunk loud and make a lot of noise in the parking lot. since the rooms are facing the back - it waked up everyone. at 5 am garbage truck comes to pick up garbage. the workers are loud and making extreme noise.

It was very clean, close to a nice market area with restaurants, and had a great view of the bridge.

It was in a little bit of a seedy area (i.e. right next to a row of strip clubs). Besides the continental breakfast, there were no amenities.

We arrived at the hotel at night and found the receptionist gone?? I had to call him to get the keys. Since there was confusion about the room, for the first night, we were put up in a room which was like a dorm and was disappointing. But the staff gave me a discount for all the trouble.

It's next to a couple of night clubs and hence not recommended for families.
