Central-Hotel Kaiserhof  

Perfect location, really good breakfast, kind staff, comfortable room, nice interior. So, it is 4 stars hotel.

There is not so nice view to the backyard from some rooms and decorations are quite old (carpets, wallpaper, some defects on a wooden furniture)

Location and friendly & cooperative front desk staff.

Rooms are small and all rooms are non-smoking

Closeness to central station and the shopping centre

Carpets in hallways looking a little tired and the room was a little noisy but to be expected as it is in the centre.

The room was of poor quality and dusty. No coffee or tea making facilities which is standard these days. Ancient box Grundig tv with a signal that was so poor it was unwatchable. Despite advertising breakfast starting at 0630 they were still laying up at 0715. Very disappointing.

Good location opposite the central station and right in the center of the city.

The cleaness of the room is not good - old carpets.The Junior Suite has no TV in the bedroom. I have charged 10 euros per day to use Internet, but it didn`t work.

This was our second stay at the 'Kaiserhof" and both stays were wonderful. The staff all greet us in a very friendly manner and the rooms are luxurious. We requested the same room we had on our first visit and our request was honored. We enjoyed our stay so much that we hope to make it an annual visit. The hotel's location is perfect...we enjoyed walking to all of our favorite places and restaurants. We feel as though we have adopted the Kaiserhof and Hannover as one of our favorite vacation locations. If possible, we will return!

Das familiengeführte Hotel strahlt genau dies aus: Aufmerksamkeit in jedem Detail. Wir hatten ein "Komfort-Zimmer" gebucht, das zur ruhigen Seitenstraße lag und schööön groß war. Uns erwartete ein persönlicher, schriftlicher Gruß, der Inhalt der Minibar stand uns kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Schöne Handtücher, Shampoo und Body Lotion im Bad, in der Lobby grüne Äpfel und Werther´s Echte: Alles prima. Bestens zu empfehlen.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer zum Ernst Aug. Platz (Bahnhofsvorplatz) und konnte aus der 5. Etage die Aussicht auf Bahnhof und umliegende Gebäude genießen. Das gilt aber nicht für alle Zimmer! Insgesammt war Austattung des Zimmers auf hohen Niveau. Sehr Zentral gelegen.

Bei der Zentralen Lage des Hotels, läßt sich ein gewisser (geringer) Lärmpegel von der Staße einfach nicht vermeiden.

Die kurzfristig mögliche Buchung zu diesem unglaublich lukrativen Preis und das wider Erwarten im Preis enthaltene Frühstücksbuffet. Absolut perfekte Lage und trotzdem ruhige Zimmer. Verspäteter Check Out möglich. Minibar inklusive. Sehr freundlicher Service, sowohl am FO, als auch im Restaurant-/Barbereich.

距离Hannover Hbf 只有不到5分钟路程，酒店安静有特色

Мне понравилось расположение отеля. Все достопримечательности рядом. По красной нити очень удобно пройтись по городу, увидев все самые интересные места. Это очень удобно тем, кто путешествует один и знание иностранного языка не очень хорошее. Мне было удобно, что рядом железнодорожный вокзал, т.к. дальше я путешествовала поездом. Без труда доехала за 1час 40 минут до Берлина.

Не совсем понятен расчет за проживание. В день заезда с карты сняли всю сумму за проживание(обозначенную при бронировании) и спустя 6 дней, когда я была уже в России, сняли с карты еще раз ту же сумму. Вернут ли? Поэтому не могу понять, как отвечать в этой ситуации на вопрос соответствия цена/качество. Пока ставлю плохо, если деньги вернутся, поставлю отлично
