Reseptionist guy was very helpfull, breakfast was nice, location is very good, just 2 min from main train station. heating was not working in the room, double bed had two separate matresses and two separate blankets (people who are requesting double bed, expecting to sleep together) |

Immaculately clean , however the shower in bath tub was very dangerous and difficult to access - impossible for an older person. Staff all very helpful and friendly to us non German speaking visitors. Tiny lift - but this seems to be the norm in Europe..perfect location about 5 mins walk max from the main railway station. |

central location cleanliness water took a while at least 5 minutes to warm up. that was due to the heating being turned off for a long time. the morning after worked back to normal. Bathroom smelled of humidity and dump. That could be looked into but it is a greatly located place and very clean. |

It was a very good hotel and the booking on line is great. Booking .com has become my friend here in Germany I think it would be nice to have had screens on the windows, otherwise it was a great hotel and I was able to relax and regain my perspective. |

Close to central station (hbf). Breakfast was ok and included, with nice view to the wide street. We had windows locked in the room, but you may hear the traffic from the street in summer. Bathroom was upgraded. Good value for money with..Good middel class hotel. Nice friendly staff! There was was a littel bit smell on the bathroom when we arrived. I never like carpets on the floor. |

very hommy, polite staff. I liked your bathroom and the room for breakfast. in general i am very pleased of my stay. I would like more variety in breakfast, I thought it was relatively poor ( not bad in quality though). And perhaps you should put a mirror in the elevator, all of tem have one! |

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Die Rezeption ist 24std besetzt und die Mitarbeiter sind durchweg superfreundlich. Die Rezeption ist gleichzeitig ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Cafe und es gibt kostenlos Äpfel. Auf den Kopfkissen liegen Gummibärchen. Der Frühstücksraum ist gross und hell. Er liegt im ersten Stock und hat viele Fenster. Es gibt für 10 Euro Parkplätze in einer geschlossenen Tiefgarage im selben Gebäudekomplex. Das Bett war etwas weich. Frühstück leider nur bis um 10:00 Uhr. |

das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, die Reception ist 24h belegt und mit einer Bar gekoppelt! Die Leute sind present aber nicht aufdringlich. |

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber.Das Früstück ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist zentral. Sehr gut ist der Tiefgaragenplatz, da man im Zentrum sonst wenig Parkplätze findet. Die Matratzen sind zu weich. Es ist auch im vierten Stock noch die Strassenbahn zu hören. |
