Breakfast was lovely. The shower is ridiculous. It's a bath with a hand-held shower head and the water goes everywhere. The shower head is at waist level.

I only stayed one night, the hotel met all my expectations. I stayed in a single room, simple, but clean with all the necessary basics and quiet. The staff is friendly, the location is good, close to the railway station, but not so close that you would hear the trains. I would have liked to have free WiFi, paying for internet acces in a hotel feels like the 90'S.

Welcoming and friendly staff. A little far from the town, but not unmanageable. The beds could have been moved and cleaned under but otherwise the room was very clean.

Big room, nice breakfast and good localisation I made a trip in Germany and this was the most expensive hotel where I stayed...but not the best one! I guess it is difficult to find good prices in Heidelberg...

The hotel is situated only 200 m from the main train station of Heidelberg. The "old town" is only 15 minutes to walk, and there are many shops.

Good location near train station Heidelberg in quiet place, so you don't need to catch a taxi. Good breakfast. The stuff didn't ask me if I need non-smoking room for two persons. The hotel has rooms for smokers on the 4th floor. The room was smogy from the previous visitor. If I came to the reception to change the room, a receptionist couldn't do it, as all of rooms were busy. Not so much hotels have smokers rooms, so I suppose the stuff should predict before settlement. I like this small hotel, as I stayed here since 1998. it's the first fault.
