I'm not happy about my experience at the WCB because I paid for a DBL room and they gave me a SGL room, when I complained and wanted to cancel one night because I wasn't happy they told me I couldn't or they charged me 80% of my room. I think it was overall a negatice experience and will never use this hotel again. |

The breakfast was beautifully presented with a huge range of different food and drinks. Excellent Service The welcome drink could have offered a wider choice than just orange juice. we would have expected at least a small beer, glass of wine or a coffee. This was very poor. |

Nice sauna and pool. Clean & large room. Nice breakfast. Offered a glass of alchohol in the bar downstairs. They have us extend check out so that we fully enjoyed pool and sauna. A bit far from station, but reachable on foot. Of course most of your ticket valids for bus to the hotel. We did stay for city trip and was fine for us. |

Great spa and swimming pool; excellent breakfasts; friendly and unobtrusive service; phone calls from the rooms are good value; clean & modern. Erm... the pool is a bit too warm for serious swimming... |

The room was great and big. Beautiful bathroom with bathtub. The SPA area was big but should be divided in men and women. It is crowded and to intimate to be so close with others. The parking was easy. The breakfast was nice. Nice welcome in Restaurant. The staff was really unfriendly. On arrival, I was told by the girl in the reception that asking for a low floor, was really to be considered an EXTRA! And she asked if I really suffered from heights? And this is a four star hotel? Also, on departure, I asked for assistance with the luggage, and I was told they were busy. I had to wait 30 min. and then called to ask if they had forgotten? |

great spa area, large pool, lots of different saunas, very friendly and helpful staff. rooms are a bit old-fahioned. If using public transportation it is useful to know the hotel is half an hour away from Berlin city center |

High quality spotless hotel. Never seen so much choice at breakfast. Friendly staff and nice bar with tapas menu. Lovely pool area, steam room and saunas. Spacious, comfortable room and very modern. Water restocked in room daily. Nice position next to lake and well worth its 4 stars. Included was travel for 2 days and tour bus. We had a lovely break. About 25 mins from train into Berlin could be seen as a negitive for some but not a problem for us as a nice walk even in Nov.. |

Being able to go straight from your room to the wellness part e.g.: sauna, steambath etc. sauna towels already in the room. Very friendly staff. Extreme low prices in Bistro (Euro 6 for a complete plate service). |

The cleanliness and amenities of the hotel There was no snack available in the mini fridge inside the room. There are no vending machines to dispense food items. I woke up hungry in the wee hours of the morning when everything is closed. I had to wait 3 hours until breakfast to get something to eat. |
