Beautiful hotel, nice spa, good dinner and breakfast

We had booked far in advance, arriving there we asked to pay almost double the price agreed upon. I was asked to show the confirmation for the price in order to change the price. Then the lady at the counter managed to get hold of my reservation and I got the agreed price. Not a comment, not a word of excuse. Then I wanted to call a friend in Berlin and I had lost his telephone number. I asked the reception if they could help me (I had the full name and the exact address) but all I was told was "How should I be able to find that? Well, I can Google it".

We like the hotel very much and have stayed there on previous occasions. Especially their leisure and wellness department.

When we arrived at the hotel they had not received a confirmation of our booking from booking.com and could not see it in their system. Luckily they had a vacant room or we would have had a problem with finding new accommodation.

Over charged final bill so make sure you check . Food in resurant apart from breakfast was poor choice and quality which was disapointing

The hotel was absolutely superb, very new, modern and spotlessly clean. The staff could not have been more helpful. We are a family of 5 so had 2 rooms next to each other, we are a fairly lazy lot on holiday and we only get out of the room around midday generally, the housekeeping lady never gave us a hard time or pushed us to leave. On New Year's Day we had an evening flight home so spent the entire day in the spa and pool, these facilities were marvellous, very modern and clean, there is a cafe next to the pool area which is very convenient and the extensive sauna area was a real experience, I'd not been to a mixed nude one before :-) but it was perfectly normal and quite liberating

The state of the art gymnasium with pool/spa/sauna complex was huge for a hotel and even included a wide range of exercise classes all included in your accommodation. It would have been good to be shown thru the centre first as the system of locks/passes is quite complex first time trying to find your way round. The hotel itself also modern and well finished. Nice bathroom. Staff were reasonably helpful.

The fridge was basically useless as you could not get it cold enough to keep the milk from going off. The double bed is actually two singles pushed together to make a king size and the comforters were two singles just folded on top. The restaurant was poor quality food for the price.

The spa facilities and access to public transport were excellent. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. There is access to medical services as well. I had a problem with my leg prior to our trip and the hotel arranged three mornings of physio and treatment with the medical centre next door as a very reasonable cost. We will definitely be going back again as there is so much to see in Berlin and the hotel was way above our expectations in so many ways.

Not the hotels fault, but you are close to Tegel Airport which is as much a plus as a minus. However with the windows open during the day there was some noise, but with the windows closed it was not a problem. It was not a problem during the evenings, either because of the effectiveness of the sound proofing or the fact that there are not so many flights in the evening. Overall, it was not a problem for us and would not prevent us from returning to the hotel,

Everything was good. Kitchen is excellent. Service in health department (sauna) was very good. Staff is very kind, polite, useful and profeccional. Room was not so big but everything you need is over their: for business and leisure. Madrasses are high quality and it is important, at least for me.

There is quite noisy from aicrafts and when windows are closed - there is quite stuffy in the room. There is no air-condition. But during the night is quite ok - not so many aircrafs flights.

The was very comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast buffet was comprehensive and the restaurant staff very helpful.

The pool and sauna were closed for annual maintenance whilst we were there. The bistro was also being refurbished which left only restaurant facilities. We were unable to obtain a snack in the hotel on the evening of arrival and had to drive out. Parking was convenient but was not cheap at 10 euros per day.

My sister and I were able 2 check in early without cost and then paid a fee for late check out. The beauty department double booked a treatment room which caused us a problem but they put it right with some extra massage which was wonderful. Foh staff were very warm especially the guy that checked us in. Health suite faculties were unexpectedly vast, very clean and well equipped. Wonderful stay :-)

The hotel has a friendly and a relaxed feel. The spa facilities are very good.

Location, it is a little hassle taking the bus and the tube to the city centre, but manageable.

Fab wellness and staff there. Optimum working hours. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful offer of room rate incl breakfast with wellness included made a Berlin trip really unforgettable, enjoyable & saved us from bad weather. Thank you very much, guys, there are very few places like yours! BR Valentina

Das sanierte alte Brauerei Gebäude. Das unglaubich gut temperierte Poolwasser. Das super leckere Frühstücksbuffett.

Das Cenntrovital ist das angesagteste Sport-und Wellnesshotel in Berlin-Brandenburg mit- schönem Saunabereich, gute Aufgüsse, freundlichen, aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter - einem tollen Schwimmbecken mit angenehmer Wassertemperatur - sowie günstiger Lage am Spandauer See -und der gemütliche "Brennbar", in die man vom Saunabereich kommt, Preis-Leistung o.k., Mitarbeiterinnen feunlich und aufmerksam - schöne saubere Zimmer, guter HD-Flachbild-fernseher.

Es ist nicht nachzuvollziehen, dass Gäste behaupten in den Zimmern und im gesamten Hotel liegt der Staub lagenweise. Diese Gäste müssen wohl ein anderes 4-Sterne-Hotel außerhalb Berlins oder auch außerhalb Deutschlands meinen. Fakt in Berlin gibt es bestimmt kein 4 Sterne-Hotel in dem Lagenweise der Staub liegt!!!! Hallo, wir waren schon öfters Gäste im Centrovital, weil dieses Wellness-und Sport-Hotel auch eine gute Küche hat. Fakt: Das Frühstück und der Brunch sind Super. Es ist unverständlich das Gäste von Schwerin behaupten, hier gibt es eine schlechte Küche.Der Zimmerreinigungssevice ist vorbildlich. Weder sind die Zimmer noch das Hotel verstaubt sondern immer vorbildlich sauber. Auch ist die U-Bahn nur 10 Geh-Minuten entfernt. In 30 Minuten ist der Gast in Mitte! Die reklamierenden Gäste wären dann besser im 5-Sterne-Adlon zentral am Brandenburger Tor aufgehoben. Das tolle reichhaltige Frühstück kostet 39 Euro pro Person mit Blick auf das Brandenburger Tor. Im Centovital kostet das Super-Frühstück vom Buffet mit offener Küche für Hotelgäste 11 Euro. Der Sport-und Wellnessbereich ist im Centovital eine Klasse besser als im Adlon! Micha
