Front desk and breakfast attendants were friendly.

I was given the smallest room I have ever stayed in. So small the closet door could not open fully. Very dated interior, with chipped laminate on the furniture and even the toilet seat. Interior has not been updated since the 1980s. WiFi was not reliable.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Room is clean. Pleasant interior. Good breakfasts.

Great breackfast, very good location, 7 min walk to neumarkt, so very good connected with all the city. quiet location on a residential street. good quality/budget ratio. Staff very friendly and helpful, they accomodate my luggages before my check in and after my check out for some hours.

the breackfast room is maybe a bit to small for the hotel capacity. but that is a very little objection.

Smal nothing special but breakfast good

There was the good breakfast and free internet connection in this hotel. Cologne is very nice place, especially Cologne cathedral.

The room had a bad uncomfortable old bed and around the window there was fungus. The room and the bathroom were old in general and too far from place with see-signs.

Receptionist was so unfriendly on arri-val. I booked this 3* hotel because it said normal price is €148. Thought I could relax in nice hotel cheaply for 2 days. I was so wrong. It’s not even a 1*. You have to go up some stairs before going into lift then on the floor it just stunk all throughout my stay. My small bathroom was very mouldy. I won’t go again and advise to keep away.

- parking too small, only 6-7 parking spots for the whole hotel - breakfast too scarce, only 1 cheese sort and 2 ham sorts, 2 fruit juices...

Works 24/7, no prob coming to hotel after midnight no noise from the outside

Staff was quite friedly, the location is excellent, really ner to the city center and the main attractions (Neu Markt, 4711 museum Dom , shops). Breakfast quite good ( coffee, juice, good bread, meat, sausage, cheese, cereals, yoghurt and fruits ). Accododation also good enough except - see "-".

We went to Cologne for Carnival. The hotel was just ok, not very new, not in the center but 2 tram stops away. Just ok.

It was overpriced as usual these dates. The room for four was really tiny. Two small beds + a sofa-bed for two very close friends, let's say.

First night Room 101 should be condemned for mould, false advertising (noisy, damp and broken fittings, holes in wall.) Asked to change and staff could not have been less helpful -did move after uncaring staffer showed no concern. Food is inferior. Rooms are dark -not enough lighting to work/read. Overpriced -during tradeshow time rates treble

The hotel was great! The receptionists were positive, smiling and kind. I liked the way they treated guests, rooms were clean and the location of the hotel was perfect! Just 10 minutes walking from the famous cathedral. But the most important is atmosphere, I would like to return to this hotel.

It is reasonably close to the centre of the city.

the room was old and very tired, torn wallpaper, broken bathroom fittings, staff were not really helpful, probalme wiht the internet conenction wer only solved when i range the supplier myself.

The smell of the toilet, it was awful, actually. By the way, the smell of tobacco was awful too. But in general, the atmosphere was friendly and good.
