Great location, helpful staff, quiet rooms, well maintained. As an English girl I would always like tea making facilities in the bedroom..but I realise this isn't typical on the continent. |

The location is close to the train station; the room is clear, quiet, and comfortable; there is personal computer in every room. No elevator; the computer do not install Chinese Codes, so I cannot read Chinese character; the room is a little bit small, but there is nothing to complain in such a good price. |

De ontvangst was goed en behulpzaam. Ze gaven ons een grotere kamer dan we geboekt hadden, ook omdat we 5 nachten er verbleven. Het ontbijt was onder en naast het hotel, wel van een eigen restaurant, het ontbijt was zeer goed en rijk aan mogelijkheden.. We vonden het jammer dat we op de kamer niet zelf thee of koffie konden zetten. Daarvoor moest je nar de gezamenlijke huiskamer.Wel was daar voor een ieder divers fruit aanwezig om te nemen.....dat hadden we nog nooit zo mee gemaakt |

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage: Nette Kneipen, Restaurants und viele Geschäfte in der Umgebung. S-Bahn und U-Bahn ganz nah. Gemütliche, originell eingerichtete Zimmer, nette Atmosphäre.Guter, freundlicher Service. Aufenthaltsraum mit der Möglichkeit sich Tee zu kochen und Tageszeitung zu lesen. Restaurant, in dem man gut essen kann, z.B. Tapas, gleich nebenan. |

Buitengewoon hoffelijk,vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.Nette kamers voorzien van internet. Goed ontbijt ( niet inclusief ) in restaurant op gegane grond. |

La posizione , in bocca ala stazione s charlottemburg , in zona ku'damm , la presenza di un pc con internet gratuito !! Mancanza di ascensore , con le valigie ho sputato veleno! Mi hanno riservato una camera che per le dimensioni sembrava la cella di una galera !!mai vista una camera cosi' piccola!!! Ho protestato ma mi hanno risposto che sono le camere per chi prenota con booking.com !!!!!!!! inaudito!!! |

24 hrs. per dag is de balie bemand; restaurant ook 24/7 geopend. Enorm behulpzaam, vriendelijk personeel. Computer met internet op eigen kamer. éénpersoonskamer was tamelijk kein/krap; naast trappenhuis en daardoor gehorig. |

Frühstücksbuffet im angeschlossenen Cafe war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Zimmer waren ruhig. Verkehrsgünstige Lage zu S- und U-Bahn. Kleine Zimmer, winziges Bad,enge Flure, kein Aufzug, Empfang in der ersten Etage. |
