The design of the room There was no fridge in the room-the hotel was very poor-the breakfast was out of the hotel, next to a cafe shop and was real awful-the place were sited not suggested

The location is great - across the street from the S-Bahn, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Reception staff is always very nice and helpful (not to mention extremely patient with my attempts at broken German!) The rooms are small but efficiently laid-out, and each room is equipped with a safe. Great value hotel for when you're only looking for a basic, clean room and would rather spend your money on everything else Berlin has to offer. I have been going to Art Hotel Charlottenburger Hof for over 15 years, and their beds are usually comfortable. This time however, the mattress sagged down quite noticeably in the centre - time for a new one! Also, given how cold Berlin nights can get, the rooms could be kept warmer. I personally didn't mind as I sleep better in a cool bedroom, but it could be an issue for those who are sensitive to the cold.

Friendly staff VERY CONVENIENTLY SITUATED CLOSE TO CHARLOTTENBURG STATION. FREE INTERNET TEE / COFFEE AVAILABLE 24 HOURS Pillows were most uncomfortable with insufficient 'filling'. I would have preferred a 'conventional' pillow.

Very friendly staff, helped wherever I needed. After the description by booking.com I expected a dvd-player in the room, but it was not there. There was one in the lounge, which I could use.

Parking facilities around the hotel are good. Especially for a big city. Public transportation, Charlottenburg S-bahnstation at the other side of the road. The different modern art themes on every story are nice. Very soft pillows. although, this is personal. This could be improved.

this is an attractive hotel with very helpful staff. The facilities are excellent, particularly the room size and decoration, and the free internet and computer in the room. The art around the hotel makes it an attractive venue. Its proximity the the s-bahn is very helpful for getting around. Air conditioning would be helpful

Nice small hotel and very good breakfast. Easy to arrive by car, excellent location, S-bahn station next to the hotel. Nice restaurants close to the hotel. Free internet but not possible by own computer. Good parking place close to the hotel is nowadays park. Now it is a bit difficult to find parking close enough.

Staff here we amazing, very helpful and great with the kids. The place is 80's thoughout but the cleaners do a great job of making look fresh. Location is good just across from the station and lots if shopping around the corner, the family enjoyed.

la décoration est sobre et réussie, moderne l'accueil est tres agréable la literie est sommaire, un peu raide quelques mauvaises odeurs le petit déjeuner, dans un bar au rez de chaussée, n'est pas à la hauteur du reste des prestations et cher (10€)

Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Gutes Pries/Leistungsverhältnis. S-Bahn direkt vor dem Hotel. Gute Auswahl von Restaurants in der Nähe. Wenig Parkplätze. Frühstücksbuffet zu teuer (10€) für gebotene Leistung.

Familiäres Ambiente mit sehr zuvorkommendem und gut informiertem Personal. Die Zimmer sind alle unterschiedlich in unkonventionellem Stil gestaltet, bei Kapazität konnten wir uns nach einer Besichtigung ein Zimmer aussuchen. Sehr gute Lage durch die unmittelbare Nähe zur Station Charlottenburg, man ist im Nu in der ganzen Stadt. Insgesamt ein super Wochenendtripp.

Das Zimmer war eine Zumutung ca. Acht Quadratmeter groß inkl Du/WC man musste über die toiletteklettern um in die Dusche zu kommen

die Nähe zum nächsten S-Bahnhof "ART"-Hotel in der "Billigkunst-Variante" Frühstück im benachbarten Cafe, ohne wirkliche Buffetauswahl für den Preis etwas wesentlich besseres erwartet!!! 3 Nächte = EUR 490,00 !!!!!!!

De vriendelijkheid van de staf en de rust in de omgeving zonder saai te zijn.De S-bahn aan de overkant. De kamer heeft geen airco. Er is geen minibar of koelkastje op de kamer.

Bien sûr, le confort des chambres mais aussi la qualité de l'accueil par l'ensemble du personnel, personnel d'entretien compris. La réception est très arrangeante et nous apporte un maximum d'information à la demande. Bravo!. La situation de l 'hôtel nous a permis d'évoluer facilement dans Berlin, la proximité de la gare s Bahn et la ligne directe avec Tegel facilitent les choses. Si un jour nous retournons à Berlin, nous retournerons certainement dans cet hôtel.

Er staat een gratis computer /internet in de kamer, de ligging is zeer goed voor treinreizigers ( 4 haltes op s bahn naar Hauptbahnhof), er zijn prettige restaurants in de omgeving ( Leonhardt), behulpzaam personeel Uiteraard wat lawaaierig, vooral vanuit de binnenplaats
