Personnel was extremely friendly and tried to help me for any problem or need I had. The hotel is easy and cheap to reach from the airport. Nice location. The interiors are nicely coloured and there are art posters of Mirò and other artists at every wall. It was cool. Also parts of the ceilings were made to look as surrealist paintings. Loved the blanket, somewhat "artistic" as the rest of the hotel.
Wifi sometimes is insufficient. I couldn't connect the first half of the day. But they readily provided me their own computers. The other half I could connect effortlessly I think they should use a different shampoo for the shower. It didn't seem to make enough foam for my tastes
Fantastic position, just in front of the S-Bahn station Kind and nice staff good working wi-fi
The price was very high for the small room, plus without breakfast Lack of security at night: everyone can enter, no one at the entrance
Nice small hotel in a good location with a very friendly staff. Coffee & tea is available for a whole day. There is a lot of nice restaurants, bars and shops around.
Excellent location for getting around, cheerful interior and friendly staff
On main road, very loud all night outside when opening the (well insulated) windows
The location is convenient. The room is well designed for maximum comfort in a relatively small space. The common room is well facilitated, including provision of free coffee and tea and fruits.
The elevator stops at half way of each level, so you have to walk either upstairs or downstairs for half a level no matter on which floor you are staying. If you are carrying heavy baggages, it is really a hard job.
Charming and welcoming owner and nice staff. Cozy and unique interior thanks to the many reprints of paintings by Picasso, Dali, Kadinsky, and others. Free coffee and fruit all day at the common room. A full computer in every room! Easy access from airport, train and s-bahn.
Wifi had problems, wired connection worked (though slowly). Elevator stops at mid-floor, so some steps to climb - consider this if you are not very mobile.
Very good location and good price for 'family' room for 4 persons. Good wireless. Non stop reception
Crowded location -> hard to find parking place ,but you can find public parking places in a range of 1 ,2 km We were 4 but arrived at different times. The friend of mine who arrived first was not let in untill we arrived. All in all,i recomand this hotel.
Aesthetics, staff, location
The staff are nice and friendly. It is so close to the Charlottenburg S-Bahn station that transportation is easy and convenient. There are many good restaurants within fifteen minutes walk.
The lift stops at split levels, so you have to carry your baggage up or down stairs for half a level. If you got a large or heavy baggage, you will find yourself in trouble.
Staff were very friendly.
WiFi was very poor.
I stayed for 6 nights with my dog, staff were great and everything was easy, I love the area and the access to s-bahn and u-bahn is fantastic. Great little restaurants and cafés nearby. Pretty quiet. Value is unmatchable.
Wi-fi signal was a bit hit and miss and slow at times but still worked. Not many electrical outlets. Maybe for a first time visit to Berlin or someone with only a couple of days, a more central area may be better.
Location is great - close to shopping areas and in the same time quit place to stay. Good decor in the hotel Расположение отличное, недалеко от магазинов и развлекательных заведений и в то же время тихое место, район очень красивый
Inconvenient location and size of the sink in the bathroom, it was very hard to wash - sink was tiny and shelf above it embarrass you all the time. Also there was dribbling lavatory Раковина в ванной малюсенькая и очень сложно нормально умыться, еще и полка над раковиной очень близко что можно задеть ее лицом. Также все время что то капало с унитаза, этот звук напрягал немного
Friendly staff, exelent wi-fi, very close location to Charlotenburg station.
Under carpets you can feel- the house is old. Bathroom was not in the best condition. Pillows felt more like thin blanket.
Closeness to Charlottenburg station Quietness of the room Comfort of the bed
Bathroom very small and cramped
nice decoration, aesthetically pleasing, friendly, cozy, human touch, good breakfast, quiet
wifi was a little slow and spotty on occasion
Very nice and cosy although perhaps a bit old design, but the story makes it even nicer with its inspirational atmosphere :). Very good connected: 2 stops away from Messe Berlin, about 15-20 min to the center, all the direct S-Bahn line and good connection with airports. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Overall very good.
Wi-fi sometimes works too slowly. Breakfast buffet is not included into the room price and costs 10 euro - a bit exaggerated, you can have a couple of delicious things in the cafe' further the street paying less.
Good hotel and excellent location, easy access by car.
Some missunderstanding in payment, but finally everything was fine. Difficult to find parking place, normally it is okay but now just before Xmas there was some others also :-)
The male receptionist who checked us in was very nice and friendly.
Very friendly welcome by the staff, comfortable room and great location for proximity to the train station and local cafe bars. Free parking available on nearby streets.
central position in Berlin Charlottenburg; area full of restaurants and shops; nice staff
room was very small, bath-room for 3 nights too small, rooms very loud
StuttgarterPlatz is a very vibrant place.
very tiny rooms, internet connection not strong enough (connection breaks, websites load forever), "art" is just some theme they choose. Artifical is more correct.
The Hotel is situated very well - near the S-Bahn station and also near the bus stop of 109 route (which goes to Tegel Airport). WiFi was ok, and also there was a desktop computer in the room.
Shower was a little bit small but it's fine for such a price.
Not much to like, except a good Italian restaurant nearby
Tiny room, and painfully tiny bathroom (smaller than even Paris hotel bathrooms, impossible to use sink without hitting toilet). Very weak Internet (wifi basically worthless)
very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was very clean and in a good location for our purpose of getting to the town spending a couple of days in Berlin. Very close to the public transport.
