We arrived late and were greeted warmly and professionally by Martina who made us feel welcome and safely at home. This continued to be true of all the staff. Hotel Christophorus is a very friendly haven. It is also close to Tegel airport by taxi and situated very close to both bus lines and the S-Bahn which we took all over Berlin. We were able to do this because the hotel staff gave us maps, sold us a daily pass, and explained how the sytem worked. Once again it was the helpful, professional staff that made our staff a delight. The room was so quiet we heard only the beautiful song birds. The facilities were so modern yet set in the lovely ambiance of Nineteenth-Century Church buildings. The Hotel Christophorus retains much of the Medieval hospitality that is so lacking elsewhere today. And, of course, breakfast was superb and served in the most beautiful setting with views of the woods. I can not think of anything wrong with Hotel Chistophorus except perhaps we didn't stay longer. Location is difficult to evaluate. With a 50min bus ride into the city it will not suit those wanting a central location. However we found it easy to access by car and the surroundings are so tranquil. (Forest setting) When we arrived at the address we thought we were in a university residential area. There is an information office and map at the entrance to assist locating the hotel. We would stay there again. Best value for money during five weeks of travel. Well appointed rooms.

Even though the hotel was in a major city it was set in an area which had a small town / country side feel to it. It was peaceful and quiet but there were many activities just a short walk or bike ride away.

Very nice surrounding. Free sauna at evenings, swimming pool all the day, but in the next building. Nice restaurant in the next building. Convienient for cars. Far to city center, but you can use bus from the hotel.

Sehr schöne Lage am Rand der Stadt, gute Bus- u. S-Bahnverbindung ins Stadtzentrum, Fahrkartenkauf dafür an Rezeption möglich, nettes Personal, Zimmer o.K., für WE-Tripp oder Kurzurlaub gut geeignet.

Freundlicher Empfang Saubere Zimmer Frühstück Saunamöglichkeit Anmerkung: Ich habe in einigen hundeten Hotels (dienstlich/privat) genächtigt. Aber bei keinem hat mich das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis derart positiv überrascht. Ich werde Ihr Haus definitiv weiter empfehlen!

Sehr kleine Zimmer. Doppelbetten sind nur 1,40 breit (!). Matratzen zu hart. Um 7:00 läutet die benachbarte Kirche für 4 Minuten.

Der Service und das Essen anlässlich einer Gold-Hochzeitsfeier war ausgezeichnet. Der Frühstücksraum hat Wartesaal- oder Mensa-Charakter, was bei der Feier am Abend nicht auffiel.

Le lieu insolite et son calme. Le bus direct pour le centre de Berlin à coté de l'hotel. La piscine éloignée de l'hotel dont l'eau était trop chaude

Sehr ruhiges Hotel, Frühstück reichhaltig, Innenstadt gut erreichbar mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel Doppelzimmer mit Kingsizebett 160 cm war sehr eng zum schlafen. Platz rechts und links vom Bett war gerade mal 50 cm. Schrank war zu klein für zwei Personen und für mehrere Tage. Dieses Zimmer war eigentlich ein Einzelzimmer.

Vor allem die Lage inmitten der Natur mit guten Wandermöglichkeiten und dann die Anbindung mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt. Also sowohl Freizeitaktivitäten als auch Citiylife.
