Good location, 1 block from kurfurstendamm street. Only a short subway trip to main sites ie Potsdamer Platz etc. Grocery store directly across road. Very friendly and helpful staff |

Very good location, Internet works great, Helping staff The description said double bed, but actually it was a sofa bed. A little umconfortable, but ok. Breakfast ok, but I don't know if it is worth the 15 euros. |

Stayed when attending conference at icc. Easy to get to conference on underground. Free internet access in hotel. Friendly staff, clean, the bed is a sofa bed but is easy to use and comfortable. Good location. Good to have the flexibility of a kitchen and there is a supermarket just up the road. |

nice to have a kitchen, supermarket on the opposite side of the roadthe room was clean and the staff friendly and helpfull, the sofabeds are ok, but not as comfortable as a normal bed |

helpful staff, nice kitchen, quiet environment , good location, and free internet. I can totally relax myself there. no one clean my room for four days, but the room is clean enough for me and very comfortable. |

the reception area was welcoming. Internet available and free. The facilities in the room were excellent, and un-expected. Everywhere was spotless. We didn't like being asked to sleep on a sofa-bed, and having to make it up ourselves. |

Loved the room layout, view of the city street (stayed on 5th floor), the bathroom and kitchen were clean and there was the right amount of cutlery, dishes, etc. even the dishwasher and soap were a great touch. Wonderful location as well! The room description mentioned, 2 twins and sofa bed, but when we arrived there was no sofa bed and another 3 bed not available for our 3rd person in the family staying...so we had to pay for an extra room--not great. Other than that, i would stay again given the room, convenience and location. |

The hotel employees, the room including kitchenette, working aircon, location was great! Supermarket just across the street, as well as a bakery (open from 08.00 till 22.00) and a fruit and vegetable shop. Just to nitpick, the chairs in the room weren't the same height, so sitting at the table was a pretty weird experience. Quite difficult to have a meal in the room. |

The room was of good value and it was quite adequate. Although there were laundry facilities available, I thought them to be too pricey. Also, I prefer a system where I can put in my own amount of laundry detergent. Towel service should also, in my opinion, not be an extra add-on. Fortunately, our staff was extra nice and gave us a set of towels for nothing (we stayed for quite a duration). |

The aparthotel model was perfect to our family needs (2 adults and 2 kids). Cleaness and comfort were also good points. Also the ability and kindness of the lady in the front desk (unfortunately I don´t remember her name) to solve the problem of our reservation, find and offer a solution was extremely positive (it was already 1:00 am !!). I believe the misunderstanding in the reservation is more related to the Booking.com web site as mentioned above, this is not a complaining but something to improve, otherwise if there was not other possibility available I could be without my room at 1:00 am with 2 kids and then would became a big issue for complaining !! |
