City-Hotel Ansbach

Muy bien ubicado. El desayuno bastante completo....

Lo mejor que tiene este hotel. Es lo centrico que se encuentra, y su desayuno incluido.

La atencion del personal, fue malisima. En el contrato dice que hay servicio de internet. Lo cual nunca pudimos utilizar. Eran muchas excusas, y en los tres dias que me hospede, no me pude utilzar este servicio, que para mi era importante. La respuesta de la recepcion fue exactamente esta: "Vaya al cafe con internet de aca a la vuelta".

Muy limpio. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Habitación algo pequeña. En zona comercial pero algo lejos de la zona monumental. El desayuno es bueno (no es para tirar cohetes, pero está bien).

Buena ubicacion, el desayuno muy bueno, limpieza, el personal habla ingles..

good price for a decent room. some of the staff were very nice.

unfortunately the day i left the receptionist was very rude. once i had paid i could see all my credit card details and code were on their copy of the payment details. i said i didnt want this lying around as anyone could use these details. she started to refuse and i had to try again to ask to cross out my code. she wouldnt listen at first and refused to let me try to do it. eventually she understood and crossed them out but not very well so they can be easily stolen. she wouldnt let me do it. she made me feel like child and it was quite embarassing in front of other customers. it was a shame because every other part of my stay was fine.

The breakfast was good for the price. The private parking is nice although it could easily be free considering the price and the quality of the hotel. The reception staff was really friendly and let me leave the car on the parking even after the check-out.

Both beds were really squeky, one of them were broken, and the pillows were terrible (to the point that it was hard to fall asleep). Wi-Fi wasn't working at all for 3 days (though they said it's usually ok) It's a budget hotel but considering the poor condition of the room and the separated shower it should be twice as cheap. To be fair it seemed like some floors were renovated and some weren't.

- Carpet in the room. - Coffee was brown water in breakfast. - TV picture was poor.

The mattress of the bed was horrible. The windows had no appropriate blinds. Some employees could be friendly.

the location is very good. Close to zoo, train stations and major shopping street.

Room has very old soviet style furniture.

Well located, clean and very reasonable. Limited facilities. good buffet breakfast

Furnishings were a bit spartan, but that reflects the price. No internet.

It's near to the sightseeing places.
