City-Hotel Ansbach

Camere semplici e tutto sommato comode, bagni puliti, personale disponibile. Positive anche la locazione e la vicinanza alla stazione della metro.

La colazione non è così abbondante come sembra, ma comunque è sufficiente. Direi che aspetti totalmente negativi non ne ho riscontrati.

Mancato ricambio asciugamani in camera

Posizione abbastanza centrale, vicinanza ai trasporti pubblici, ambiente tranquillo e reception disponibile

In cinque giorni di soggiorno pur rifacendo le camere non ci hanno mai cambiato gli asciugamani, spero sia stata solo disattenzione. La tripla mi è sembrata molto piccola (uguale alla doppia ma con un letto in più)

La camera era agusta, poco accogliente, scarsamente arretata. I due letti erano per niente confortevoli e pieni di cigolii e scricchiolii. L'ambiente era umido. L'hotel è classificato 3 stelle, ma per le caratteristiche descritte sopra in Italia avrebbe forse 1 stella. Il mio giudizio complessivo è negativo.

Very nicely located near all the shopping possibilities, also U-bahn station very near. Nice bathroom and clean rooms. Good breakfast for a budget hotel. Free luggage storage for the afternoon, after check-out.

Beds are very worn, no fridge in the room.

The hotel is conviently close to main attractions and the subway. The staff is very friendly and helpfull and the breakfastbuffet is quite nice.

The curtains were so thin, all the light came through. The wifi-internet was not available in our room (the staff said: only on the 3rd and 7th floor you might have a chance). The beds were terrible, springs were aching our backs. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet-flush-button broken.

One of this hotel staff was very rude and tactless.

The location was terrific, right in the heart of the western part of Berlin. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful. The rate was excellent. We had to leave early our last day. The hotel opened up the breakfast for us almost an hour early so we could eat before catching our train. We did not even ask them to do that.

We were not able to lock our door except with the key. When one person left the room and the other(s) were inside, we had to decide if the person leaving would take the key or not and if we would lock the door or not.

good price for a decent room. some of the staff were very nice.

unfortunately the day i left the receptionist was very rude. once i had paid i could see all my credit card details and code were on their copy of the payment details. i said i didnt want this lying around as anyone could use these details. she started to refuse and i had to try again to ask to cross out my code. she wouldnt listen at first and refused to let me try to do it. eventually she understood and crossed them out but not very well so they can be easily stolen. she wouldnt let me do it. she made me feel like child and it was quite embarassing in front of other customers. it was a shame because every other part of my stay was fine.

The breakfast was good for the price. The private parking is nice although it could easily be free considering the price and the quality of the hotel. The reception staff was really friendly and let me leave the car on the parking even after the check-out.

Both beds were really squeky, one of them were broken, and the pillows were terrible (to the point that it was hard to fall asleep). Wi-Fi wasn't working at all for 3 days (though they said it's usually ok) It's a budget hotel but considering the poor condition of the room and the separated shower it should be twice as cheap. To be fair it seemed like some floors were renovated and some weren't.
